Tv Land Reveals All-Star Summer Line-Up Starting June 19Th TV LAND REVEALS ALL-STAR SUMMER LINE-UP STARTING JUNE 19TH êLIVE Episode Of “Hot in Cleveland”ê ê“The Exes” Season Premiere Spices Up The Nightê ê“The Soul Man” Returns With A Weekly Bonus Segment Of Cedric “The Entertainer’s” Stand-Upê New York, NY – May 2, 2013 – Betty White, Valerie Bertinelli, Wendie Malick, Jane Leeves, Kristen Johnston, Donald Faison, Wayne Knight, David Alan Basche, Kelly Stables, Cedric “The Entertainer,” Niecy Nash and Wesley Jonathan all squeeze into an hour and a half of comedy with back-to-back-to-back premieres beginning June 19th at 10pm ET. It all starts with a LIVE episode of “Hot in Cleveland” followed by an exciting season premiere of “The Exes.” Rounding out the night, “The Soul Man” returns, and this season, Cedric shows off his “King of Comedy” status as a new segment debuts featuring a rare glimpse of his legendary stand-up. VIDEO: SUMMER LINE-UP Kicking off the night, “Hot in Cleveland” is delivering a special event in scripted programming with a LIVE broadcast at 10pm ET. Now in its fourth season, “Hot in Cleveland” has seen some major shake-ups in storylines this year. Melanie (Bertinelli) went to work for a PR firm where she started dating her boss Alec (Jay Harrington), Victoria (Malick) got a lead part in a Woody Allen movie and started dating A-list actor Sir Emmet Lawson (Alan Dale), and Joy (Leeves) went back to school to pursue a career in criminology. Meanwhile, Elka (White) and her BFF Mamie Sue (Georgia Engel) are pursuing their own mysterious business that may or may not be entirely legal. In the summer season, all these stories and more come to a head as one of the ladies finds herself embroiled in scandal. On top of the much anticipated LIVE premiere, “Hot in Cleveland” recently made headline news when the female cast members of “The Mary Tyler Moore Show” reunited in an episode set to air September 4th. These women join the exciting list of celebrity guest stars that includes Jesse Tyler Ferguson (“Modern Family”), Michael Urie (“Ugly Betty”) and another notable reunion – “The Carol Burnett Show” stars Carol Burnett and Tim Conway. VIDEO: "HOT IN CLEVELAND" -more- Page 2 - TV Land Reveals All-Star Summer Line-Up Starting June 19th Then, at 10:30pm ET/PT, “The Exes” returns for a third season. At one point unwillingly thrown together, the unlikely trio of Phil (Faison), Haskell (Knight) and Stuart (Basche) has finally found bromance. Stuart has started dating after his divorce, Phil’s client list is ever-expanding, Haskell’s starting to get his game back, and Holly (Johnston) is still trying to find Mr. Right. Guest stars like Diedrich Bader (“The Drew Carey Show”), Lisa Ann Walter (“The Parent Trap”) and Leslie Jordan (“Will & Grace”) add significant twists and laughs to this season’s already hilarious storylines. VIDEO: “THE EXES” Ending the night at 11pm ET/PT is “The Soul Man,” coming back with a comedy nightcap! In the new season, Cedric will return to the format that catapulted him to superstardom – stand-up comedy. At the end of each episode, he’ll perform a two- minute set in front of the studio audience relating back to that week’s show. “The Soul Man” follows R&B superstar-turned-minister Reverend Boyce “The Voice” Ballentine (Cedric) after he relocated to St. Louis with his wife Lolli (Nash). Now, they have a new addition to their household in the form of Stamps (Jonathan), Boyce’s brother, as they continue to adjust to a completely new life.
