AFITG"Sda#${lis,*tzts In pursuance of the above references cited, the shed No.02 measuring 50,349.00 Sq.ft., is hereby provisionally allotted in favour of M/s. Dixon Technologies (India) (P) Ltd., in Electronics Manufacturing Cluster-II, Vikruthamala Village, Yerpedu Mandal, Chittoor District on "rental basis for a period of 3O years" for establishment of "LED Television from Screen Size 19'to 65", Washing Machine Twin Tub & Single Tub (Fully automatic), LED lighting Products (not restricted to but including LED Lamps, Down Lighters, Street .light, LED Baton, Mobile Phones, Home Theatres, CFL Lamps for export, Air Conditioners etc.)" stipulating the investment and employment as envisaged in the said GO's including subsidiaries of M/s,Dixon Technologies (India) (P) Ltd. 1, That the Shed No,02 is allotted on lease basis at a lease rent of Rs.11/- per Sq.ft., for 50,349.00 Sq.ft., which worked out to Rs.5,53'839.0O per month with an escalation of 5olo every 5 years. 2. The tenant should pay the monthly rent at the tentative rate of Rs.5,53,839.OO per month with effect from the date of taking possession of shed till the expiry of above lease period of every month in advance. 3. The tenant should pay the security deposit equivalent to 3 months rent of Rs.16,61,517.OO and Rs.5,53,839.OO towards advance lease rent with applicable Service Tax witlrin one month from the date of receipt of this letter. 4. All payments against this lease rentals shall be made to the Zonal Manager by way of a crossed demand draft drawn in favour of APIIC Ltd or by RTGS / NFTS/Online mode. 5, The monthly lease should be paid by the tenant every month in advance. In case of default, interest @ 160lo per annum will be charged on the belated payments. 6. That the tenant allottee should execute/conclude a lease deed in the prescribed format with requisite stamp duty within one month from the date of receipt of this allotment order, duly paying Security Deposit and one month rent in advance. 7. The oossession of the shed will be handed over to the tenant allottee, after fulfillment of the above terms and conditions, If the above formalities are not complied within the stipulated time, the allotment of shed stands cancelled automatically B. This allotment will not confer any title / right over the property. The tenant has no any right over the property to transfer to any 3'0 party and the tenant has no righl. to change the line of activity without knowledge of APIIC. Contd..3.. The tenant should ensure to obtain all required statutory and non statutory approvals from the authorities concerned under various laws. 10.The tenant shall be responsible for the up-keep and maintenance of premises under your possession. 1l.The tenant should ensure to safe guard and utilize the shed for the purpose for which the same is allotted and when the same is not required for the purpose for which allotted, the tenant should surrender the shed to APIIC immediately. The Corporation has right to determine the allotment and the lease agreement without prior intimation, in case of breach of the terms and conditions of allotment therein the Lease Deed. 12.The Corporation is not responsible for any damage / loss to the goods of the tenant, during the tenancy period due to any reason. 13.The tenant should utilize the premises for the purpose for which it is a llotted. 14.In case of failure to comply with the conditions stipulated in above clauses, the allotment automatically stands cancelled. 15.The tenant should adhere the conditions / clauses as stipulated in the G.Os vide references 1't to 3'd cited. 16.The tenant should abide to the Allotment Regulations 2015 of APiIC and also abide to any other terms & conditions as communicated by the APIIC from time to time. In case any question arises on any interpretation on the Allotment Regulations, the decision of the APIIC shall be final and bindinq on the tenant. India. ______________________________________________________________________________ ABSTRACT An attempt has been made to evaluate the water quality of supplemented and ground water in Tirumala and Tirupati, Chittoor District, Andhra Pradesh, India. The Tirumala and Tirupati are the most popular pilligramage and education areas in Andhra Pradesh. Twelve areas of Tirumala and Tirupati have been selected, where the peoples are used supplemented and groundwater for drinking purpose, and the water samples were subjected to systematic analysis with a view to understand the potability of drinking water sources. The values obtained for different parameters have been compared with the standard values given by ISI/ICMR/ WHO and the variations were notable for the parameters like electrical conductivity, total dissolved solids, total hardness and nitrates for few samples. Medical survey has been carried out to study the harmful effects on the society due to these four parameters at the areas - Tiruchanur, Renigunta and Karakambadi.
