Does George Soros, aka Gyorgy Schwartz, a Nazi war criminal wanted dead or alive by Vladimir Putin as a threat to national security and banned from Hungary, in fact, owned or otherwise aliated with the same voting machine company used during Venezuela's questionable Presidential election? Hillary Clinton and George Soros ties go deep and are well known in the nancial arena. Who then exactly did Hillary Clinton refer to when she made the comment If I lose we all go down? From what was just recently uncovered that includes pretty much every global nancial institution and their aliates, which quite possibly Soros is the Godfather of many or at least a ruling owner. Further, the entire world knows how evil and corrupt Hillary Clinton is, almost as much as is Soros. Together they are a weapon of mass destruction at a global scale, and both are working to ensure that Hillary Clinton wins this 2016 Presidential election at any cost, including WWIII. SMARTMATIC claimed fears of poll failure in Manila voting March 2016 by technology capability's to print voters receipts. This could easily be interpreted meaning [they] wouldn't be able to tamper with the actual outcome if there is evidence of each entered vote. This is a misdirection into lulling the voting public into believing their votes were accurately counted. SMARTMATIC, whose CEO is Antonio Mugica, also specializes in identity management and SMART CITIES. Identity management: Smartmatic Identity Management Solutions enables government agencies to manage people's biographic and biometric information securely. Products and services include identity card programs, immigration and border control, welfare and social benet distribution programs, civil and voter registration. It uses both specialized mobile devices for enrollment of people in eld applications and an integrated system for stationary use. It includes ID management software, and a back-oce system for data consolidation and safeguard. So what this all entails, whether it be SMARTMETRIC or SMARTMATIC and their subsidiaries including SEQUOIA PACIFIC, is international biometrics gathering, employed in remote accessed facial recognition voting machine technology, (compare to slot machine technology in Vegas), where at this moment is an international group of the worlds best HACKERS at a HACKATHON sponsored by SMARTMETRICS and most if not all, the worlds nancial institutions. Financial institutions that George Soros and Hillary Clinton have direct and indirect ties with since a board member for SMARTMETRICS is also on the board for Soros’ OPEN SOCIETY FOUNDATION. Venezuela's 2004 election employed biometric voter authentication. This is connected with SEQUOIA. In 2005 SMARTMATIC acquired Sequoia Voting Systems. This transaction prompted an investigation by Carolyn Maloney for the sale of SEQUOIA to a company with possible ties to the Venezuelan government. Independent election monitors claimed fraud in that Venezuelan election. A tabulation error was, however, blamed on human error. Smartmatic -- which has been accused by Venezuela's opposition of helping Chávez rig elections in his favor -- now controls a major U.S. e-voting rm. Allegedly, one of Soros' connected company's involved with the voting machines has now placed said machines in 16 U.S. States, though SMARTMATIC states it will NOT be using their machines in this election. Those states include battleground states like Arizona, Colorado, Florida, Michigan, Nevada, Pennsylvania and Virginia. Other jurisdictions which could be aected are California, District of Columbia, Illinois, Louisiana, Missouri, New Jersey, Oregon, Washington and Wisconsin, should these machines be utilized. It is said the SMARTMATIC/SEQUOIA voting machines have a possible predetermined outcome. Even with a printed receipt, if the results are sent to one main computer there still is vacant any checks and balances. Additionally, using biometric facial recognition and the machines having remote access, what's to stop deleting or wiping the server clean, 'Like with a cloth or something? What dierence at this point does it make, right Hillary? Fox News has published numerous broadcasts, articles, and postings regarding Smartmatic in connection with the November 3, 2020 election (the “2020 U.S. election”). I identify some of those publications below and refer to the totality of your coverage of Smartmatic in November 2020 through today as the “Reports” for purposes of this letter. I am writing to provide you Smartmatic’s response to the Reports and put you on notice of potential legal claims. Fox News has engaged in a concerted disinformation campaign against Smartmatic. Fox News told its millions of viewers and readers that Smartmatic was founded by Hugo Chávez, that its software was designed to fix elections, and that Smartmatic conspired with others to defraud the American people and fix the 2020 U.S. election by changing, inflating, and deleting votes. While Fox News holds itself out as a trusted news source, it has continually and repeatedly published demonstrably false information and defamatory statements about Smartmatic. Fox News used its anchors and on-air guests, including Rudy Giuliani and Sidney Powell, to spread lies about a company that had absolutely nothing to do with the voting that took place in areas at the heart of the “conspiracies” discussed following the 2020 U.S. election.
