CITY OF SAN MATEO GENERAL PLAN APPENDIX L BIOLOGICAL COMMUNITIES – SPECIAL STATUS SPECIES The special status species information contained in Appendix L is from Pacific Municipal Consultants (PMC), and was used in the analysis for the environmental impact report for the General Plan. The Appendix includes the following: 1. Summary table that shows special status species with known occurrences within one mile of the General Plan planning area. 2.
