EMILIO G. DAYANGHIRANG Ill, Presiding Judge, Branch 32, Regional Trial Court (RTC), Lupon, Davao Oriental, is hereby DESIGNATED as Acting Presiding Judge of Branch 7, Regional Trial Court, Baganga, Davao Oriental, in addition to his regular duties in his own court, effective immediately and to continue until the appointment and assumption to duty of the regular presiding judge thereat or until further orders from this Court.
