lxviii The list does not include some 7000 publications that were removed from the server as obsolete back in 2011. These were mostly large bulky research reports, animated zodiacs and pioneering material. The pricing of such reports may seem absurd nowadays when everyone is acquainted with the zodiac and 1008 planets: it went up to a racing car range per publication.
