Washington - 2nd Floor Phoenix, Arizona 85007 Dear Chairman Little, Arizona utility companies are an essential part of our state and our local communities. They provide some of the critical infrastructure our citizens need to thrive and for our communities to grow. In partnership with the Arizona Corporation Commission, they have done it well. Like the Commission, utilities also are established energy and energy policy experts. Serious issues have been identified, like modernizing rates. The Commission has always been above the fray providing serious consideration to critical matters facing our State. Unfortunately, rhetoric-not facts-has begun to cloud this complicated and important conversation. We, the undersigned, respectfully request that the Arizona Corporation Commission thoughtfully consider the proposals for change made by the utilities you regulate. Thank you, 4. Richard c.
