1. Welcome and introduction The 12th coordination Meeting of HRRP was held on 30th June 2016 at DDC Office, Okhaldhunga. The meeting kicked off with the welcome remarks from Mr. Yagya Bahadur Khatri (LDO), while, the agendas of the meeting was presented by Mr. Prakash Basnet (HRRP District Coordinator).The meeting was attended by government authorities as well as Few Partner Organizations (POs) since most of the POs were busy and couldn’t attain the meeting .Every participants introduced themselves from their respective sit.
2. HRRP update on ongoing Enrollment process. The HRRP District Coordinator highlighted the activities which is going in the field and progresses that have been achieved, till now among 19818 Beneficiary 17035 have been enrolled and in few of the VDCs Enrollment is going on smoothly. And 5493 numbers of grievances has been recorded till now. The 4ws was shared among the participants in the meeting and was requested to all POs to update 4ws to HRRP in regular basis if they have any planned activities, ongoing or completed Activities.
3. Updates from Government Authority, Grievance Resolving and Grant Assistance
HRRP coordination meeting 30/06/2016, DDC Office Okhaldhunga Contact Prakash Basnet Mr. Yagya Bhadur Khatri (LDO) thanked all the POs and HRRP for their kind cooperation and continuous support for the enrollment. He further informed that Grant Assistance has already been started and for effectiveness clustering of different Banks in different VDC has been done as per below.

He further informed until there is no any clear decision from the central level he is unable to say anything regarding Grievances, He also added that the grievances are being recorded in VDC by the secretaries and they will have some solution soon.
