Building a Totalitarian Police State by Stealth 24th October 2016 Building a Totalitarian Police State by Stealth Whilst there are various problems with the EU which are too numerous to mention, there a number of fundamental problems which define its past, present and future. Firstly, the EU was founded on deception - the deception that it was designed to bring peace in Europe by collecting the Nations of Europe through trade. It was nothing of the sort. from the EEC onwards it has always been a giant Marxist, Ponzi scheme designed to asset strip its Member States and use those funds to: • expand its own influence by building its own system of government • spread its Marxist propaganda around the World promoting Free-Movement • promote devolution within its Member States to destabilise and break them-up • buy the loyalty of regional areas within those devolved states to a foreign central organisation Brussels (Berlin) - and set them against their established democracies (Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland in the UK) • use those funds as loans to buy the loyalty of ever poorer areas of Europe and far wider (Ukraine and Georgia) • centralise control over every aspect of the lives of every citizen of its Member States (Directives and Regulations) • control Member State governments through infiltration into the parliamentary systems (Houses of Commons and Lords) and • even down to the lowest level of local government, • as well as the HM Government itself; • other Political Parties and • throughout the establishment. Not forgetting the nice slices of the action that are skimmed off by the EU officials and their backers in the Bilderberg Group, and the Banking fraternity. All of this was designed to reach a single goal - the destruction of the Members States and the take-over by a single government in Brussels (Berlin) and, ultimately create an EU empire in Europe - modelled on the Totalitarian Soviet Union Many people think that the EU just evolved out of the EEC trade agreements, but that is not the case the EU was formed (in theory and practice) with the Treaty of Rome (1957), set-up by the Bilderberg Group (founded by the Fabian Society) and developed through stealth. All of the above though, would not have been possible, without the connivance of the political classes within the Members States. All of this development took place, behind the backs of the general populations of the Members States and has done so for the past 59 years (Treaty of Rome (1957) - it continues today. The governments and political parties of the EU Members States continue to hide the truth about the EU (sworn to secrecy - as attested to by FCO:30/1048) to protect the EU project and its bungling management from scrutiny. All of this developed into a massively complex organisation which appeared to work well, apart from a few hiccups and the Members States have today become completely entangled in a giant "Spider's Web of Directives and Regulations", whilst the administrators in the Member States, as well as the bureaucrats in the EU administration itself, have become the recipients of large salaries and expense accounts. Meanwhile the proto-EU (EEC) has contributed little of substance to the maintenance of peace in Europe. The first inklings that the EEC was not really meant to be a simple trade arrangement between independent sovereign Members States; and had much grander ambitions, came about with the Maastricht Treaty in (1992) - at which time the EEC ceased to exist. The EEC was subsumed within the EU which was created in that treaty - which also included the expansion of powers to this new EU which included Defence, Justice and Economic control of the members by Brussels. The treaty also created the Eurozone and the Euro and the resulting Austerity throughout the EU came about as a result of the fiscal constraints to debt/GDP and deficit/GDP in the Members states were set by that treaty and imposed upon the Member States - enacted in Britain, following the 2008 Financial crash, once the irresponsible free spending New Labour had been removed from power in 2010 - leaving their "...no money left" note for the next government. One other result of the Maastricht Treaty (1992) was that Queen Elizabeth II was demoted to the status of an EU Citizen, with the same rights and obligations to Brussels as all other EU Citizen's - although she continues to be Queen Elizabeth II in Britain - to keep the population believing that they are still live in a sovereign nation - but this is patently not true under the Lisbon Treaty (2007)’ The first indication that the Member States were to be taken over completely by Brussels (as opposed to simple proxy control through "Puppet Parliaments" in the member states - including Britain) came about with the Treaty on the Constitution for Europe (2004) - but that Treaty was rejected by the French and Dutch in 2005. It was shortly after that time that Merkel came to prominence and that rejected Constitution was secreted within the texts of the Lisbon Treaty (2007) with all references to the word "Constitution" and any mention of the paraphernalia of the EU State removed. That treaty, under Merkel's instruction, was designated as a "Reform Treaty", in order to avoid any Referenda - and Gordon Brown, D Miliband and New Labour duly obliged. The importance of the Lisbon Treaty (2007) cannot be over emphasised in terms of the development of the EU. With that treaty the EU became a separate legal entity to its Member States in International Law - a new legal personality, whose laws have supremacy over all the laws of its Member States. The treaty also empowers, through its Articles, Declaration and Protocols, the EU to take control over the Fiscal, Domestic, Military, Judicial, Border Control, Immigration etc. etc., in fact, the EU will take over all matters of state from all of its Member States and remove them from the various seats on International bodies such as the UN, WTO, for example, with EU Representatives taking their place. The EU's Foreign Service will take over all of the Embassies of the Member States. The member states will be subsumed within a Federal system and administered directly from Brussels (Berlin) at a regional level - all achieved, effectively, by stealth from the humble beginnings of the EEC's predecessors, in the European Coal and Steel Community (ECSC) - established in the Treaty of Paris (1951) Clearly such monumental changes involving the complete take-over of the nation states of Europe could not have taken place without the tacit approval and the collusion of the members of "Vichy" administrations within the Member States; including the House of Commons and House of Lords in Britain. The Scottish dominated, Blairite New Labour was the most treacherous group of EU apparatchiks in British History, and unfortunately for England the longest lasting. But the infiltration is just as widespread within the entire system from the lowest councillor to the highest government officials - though some are not affected. Judging by the level of Remain camp EU supporters - perhaps 48% of British society, and very much more in our Parliament and Judiciary, may be more loyal to the EU than to Britain - for various reasons; including riches beyond the “dreams of avarice” for failed Member State politicians. Following the 2008 recession, which had its origin in the Clinton Administration and sub- prime mortgages, for which Deutsche Bank was recently fined - the EU has become increasing enveloped in Economic chaos. But this did not prevent it from attempting to expand its borders into Russian Territory (Ukraine), into the Middle East (Turkey) and North Africa. As this expansion has taken place various existing Members States have become alarmed at the ever-increasing number of new potential Member States are considered for acceptance into the EU - which necessarily reduces their own voting power. Up until 2015, many of the structures of the EU control have been put in place, but the problem is that whilst the project has managed to continue behind the backs of the Member State populations to-date, the final take over was difficult to achieve except by direct confrontation between the EU and its Member States. They are becoming more obstructive. The solution has always been espoused as "more EU integration", but this has become increasingly opposed by the Members States. In 2015, Merkel and others came up with a plan to move the EU Superstate project along (also promoted by the UN, who had been working on the same plan since at least 2012). The plan Merkel inviting Syrian refugees to enter Germany and make new lives there - in spite of the fact that she knew that they would not integrate; from Germany's past experience with the Turkish Guest worker's between the 1950's and 1970's. This move showed a total arrogance on behalf of Merkel and a complete disdain for the population of the EU Member States - since the plan involved an alien culture trespassing across the borders of supposedly sovereign nation states, without so much as a "by your leave". It also proved that it was nothing to do with helping refugees - since true refugees would wish to return home and it was clear that there would not be any return home in Merkel's plan. This was quickly followed by Juncker inviting all and sundry into the EU, for any reason, and from anywhere in the world; and he was offering EU passports (or the equivalent of the US Green Card) to anyone who applied - a totally open, “Wild West” system without any checks in order to create total chaos in Europe.

What were the functions of the secret police prior to 1989? And what role did it play in the property transformations that took place in after the collapse of communism? The voluminous literature on communism and postcommunism has not examined these questions. In part, this inattention to the role of the secret police reflects the common wisdom that State Security served as the repressive machine of the communist state, but that it was dissolved after 1989, and would not therefore be a suitable object of inquiry for those studying postcommunist property transformations.1 Another reason is the absence of data. To this day, the archives of the secret police in most Eastern European countries remain very tightly closed. For students of postcommunism, the analytical focus has been on the transformation of the party, the state, and the economic system.2 This paper argues that shifting the lens to the secret police reveals the interconnectedness of the party, the state, and the economy both before and after the momentous changes of 1989. Tracing these remarkable communist and postcommunist continuities allows us to shed new light on the economic and political transformations that took place in Eastern Europe over the last two decades.

These governments aimed to have complete control over how people lived their lives. We call these governments ‘totalitarian’. A key feature of a totalitarian state is a dictator, a leader with total power. We will explore how totalitarian dictatorships were established by Hitler in Nazi Germany and Stalin in the Soviet Union. In totalitarian states, those in power establish control over the people through a range of measures. One of these methods is the creation of a police state. This means a state in which the government uses the police, or secret police, to monitor and control what people do and what people say. The police are also used to punish people who are accused of acting against the state. During the 1930s, Hitler and Stalin established police states in Germany and the Soviet Union. The Nazi police state When Hitler became Chancellor of Germany in 1933, his control of the government and the police was weak. Therefore, he created his own loyal police and security forces to increase his control over the people. The SS (Protection Squad), - initially set up as Hitler’s personal bodyguard - controlled the German police and security forces. They held information on everyone suspected of opposing Hitler and kept the German people under constant supervision. They could arrest anyone they viewed as suspicious and it was extremely difficult for suspects to prove their innocence. The fear of being arrested made people afraid to disobey the Nazi Party.

    Testimony Before the U.S.-China Economic and Security Review Commission Carl Minzner Fordham Law School Panel 2 Expression of Dissent in China Today Thursday, May 15, 2014 1 THE RISE OF THE SECURITY STATE Yuhua Wang1 Department of Political Science The University of Pennsylvania [email protected] Carl Minzner Fordham Law School [email protected] Abstract Over the past two decades, the Chinese domestic security apparatus has expanded dramatically. “Stability maintenance” operations have become a priority for local Chinese authorities. We argue that the birth of these trends dates to the early 1990s, when central Party authorities adopted new governance models that differed dramatically from those that of the 1980s. They increased the bureaucratic rank of public security chiefs within the Party apparatus, expanded the reach of the Party political-legal apparatus into a broader range of governance issues, and altered cadre evaluation standards to increase the sensitivity of local authorities to social protest. We show that the origin of these changes lies in a policy response to the developments of 1989-1991, namely the Tiananmen democracy movement and the collapse of Communist political systems in Eastern Europe. Over the past twenty years, these practices have flowered into an extensive stability maintenance apparatus, where local governance is increasingly oriented around the need to respond to social protest, whether through concession or repression. Chinese authorities now appear to be rethinking these developments, but the direction of reform remains unclear.     The Dictatorship of Law in Russia: Neither Dictatorship, Nor Rule of Law Vladimir Gel’man October 2000 PONARS Policy Memo 146 European University at St. Petersburg During the course of the 2000 presidential campaign, Vladimir Putin announced the idea of a "dictatorship of law" as a core part of his presidency. His pre-electoral message and state of the nation presidential address in July emphasized a stable and predictable legal environment, and the key role of the state as a guarantor of law enforcement. While optimists openly associate their hopes for a revival of the Russian economy and society with the emergence of a law-bound state, pessimists fear the rise of a police state in Russia, bearing in mind Russia's autocratic traditions and Putin's KGB background. ! Russia's reality, nevertheless, is far from people's greatest hopes and worst fears. The early period of "dictatorship of law" in Russia has shown neither clear signs of establishing the rule of law, nor clear signs of dictatorship. Despite the fact that some institutional reforms have been launched or planned, the Kremlin has been unable (or perhaps unwilling) to impose the rule of law in practice, both in Moscow and in the regions. Yet legal norms have been used (and sometimes abused) by the Kremlin--under Putin thus far, primarily to divide and rule "oligarchs" and regional leaders. But even under pressure, the administration never employed unilateral strategies, preferring behind-the- scenes deals. Two clear examples of this include the punishment of tycoon Boris Berezovsky (who was forced to sell his shares of the ORT TV channel for his disloyalty to the Kremlin), and the reward of Tatarstan President Mintimer Shaimiev (who was given the right to be reelected to a third term of office for his loyalty).

RobINSoN Abstract: Transnational capitalists and global elites are confident that the world economy has recovered from the 2008 financial collapse, but there is good reason to believe that another crisis of major proportions looms on the horizon. Digitalisation and fourth industrial revolution technologies are driving a new round of global capitalist restructuring, yet they are also aggravating the underlying structural conditions that generate crisis; in particular, overaccumulation. Transnational investors have been pouring billions of dollars into the rapid digitalisation of global capitalism as the latest outlet for its surplus accumulated capital and hedging their bets on new investment opportunities in global police state. The concept of global police state allows us to identify how the economic dimensions of global capitalist transformation intersect in new ways with political, ideological and military dimensions of this transformation. There is a convergence around global capitalism’s political need for social control and repression and its economic need to perpetuate accumulation in the face of stagnation. When the next crisis hits, the Left and resistance forces from below must be in a position to seize the initiative and to push back at global police state.
