4 PN Cadet College Ormara QUALITY POLICY Pakistan Navy Cadet College Ormara has modern education facilities coupled with qualified and responsible faculty, aiming to maintain national ideology and internationally recognized standards in science and technology. Our emphasis is on character building, moral upbringing, personality refinement, and sharpening the natural abilities and aptitudes of cadets.

Cadet College Ormara 5 LOCATION The college started functioning at its new campus from 1st Aug 17 with completion of various facilities i.e academic block, cadets’ hostel, staff barracks and power house and sports fields etc. The academic building named as Quaid Block; is a state of the art building which is equipped with requisite training aids, modern labs, multi-function hall, modern library etc.

6 PN Cadet College Ormara ORGANIZATION Pakistan Navy Cadet College Ormara functions under the guidance and control of Pakistan Navy through Board of Governor headed by Commander Coast and comprising members representing Pakistan Navy, Federal and Balochistan Government. A dedicated team of officers manages the day to day affairs of the college, headed by Principal of the rank of Commodore. The hierarchy comprises facilitators in the Administration and Academic Wings. The faculty consists of ably qualified, experienced and committed uniformed and civilian instructors who are acting as beacons for direction and education.

ACHIEVEMENTS • College achieved 100% result in FBISE exams of SSC in 2016, 2017, 2018 as well as 2019.

• College participated in All Pakistan Ellite Institutions Talent Contest at Cadet College Larkana and won a Consolation Prize in Essay Writing Competition on a topic of “Man is the architect of His Own Fortune”, in Nov 2018.

• College participated in “All Pakistan Bilingual Declamation Contest’’ at PAF Academy Risalpur on 15-18 Nov 18 and secured 1st position in Declamation Speech & 3rd position in English Declamation Speech.

• College participated in Hifz o Qirat and Naat Khawani competition held at Bahria College NORE-I on 28 Nov 18 and won Consolation Prize.

• Third Parents’ Day of the college was held on 15 Dec18. Honourable Governor Baluchistan, Mr Aman Ullah Khan Yasinzai graced the occasion as Chief Guest.

Paying / Self Finance Scheme Cadets: A candidate for these schemes must fulfill eligibility conditions as under:

22 PN Cadet College Ormara Fee Submission • All dues are to be paid by ‘Paying and self-finance scheme cadets’ in advance through fee slip provided by the college payable at any online MCB Branch. • All payments are to be made on term basis and should reach the bank by 15th of the first month of each term. • Fee slips will be issued to parents 2-3 weeks before the due date. • A penalty @ Rs 50/- for first 30 days and @ Rs 100/- for next 15 days will be imposed in case of nonpayment of fee by stipulated date. • The name of the cadet may be struck off from the college at any time if the fee becomes overdue more than total fee of one semester. • Payment of the college dues is made for the whole term. There is no provision of part adjustments, refund or remission of the amount to be paid, even if a student remains on the College roll for only a part of the term.

Fee Refund Policy Fee refund policy in case of both Paying Cadet and Self Finance Scheme is as follows: • If the cadet deposits the fee and does not join PN CCO, full fee may be refunded. • If he pays the fee and reports PN CCO and later on requests for release then only security deposit will be refunded.
