A sympho- ny of raspberries, red cherries & blackcurrants are bolstered by an unwavering minerality. The wine finishes with notes of anise and baking spice. Its elegance and freshness make this wine a perfect alternative to Pinot Noir for our current menu. Between the premium wines of Eastern Peake and the more expressive, avant garde releases under his own, eponymous Latta Vino range, Latta has shown his mettle as one of Australia’s most thoughtful and daring winemakers. While Latta’s career has not been long it shows an incredible depth of experience that places him at the apex of winemaking in Australia.” -Mike Bennie 2019 Latta Vino Pinot Noir I 88 Ballarat VIC 2007 Eatern Peake ‘Intrinsic’ Pinot Noir I 140 Ballarat VIC 2013 Eastern Peake ‘OB Terroir’ Pinot Noir I 215 Ballarat VIC 2017 Eastern Peake ‘Walsh Block’ Syrah I 125 Ballarat VIC Will Berliner “Cloudburst is a winery that seems to attract more than its fair share of rumors, though quite why or from where they hail, I have no idea. From the very beginning Berliner adopt- ed biodynamic principles [and] winemaking is on the basis of minimal intervention with the use of wild ferments. Each decision is carefully considered“ -Ken Garrett 2016 Cloudburst Chardonnay I 330 Margaret River WA 2012 Cloudburst Chardonnay I 360 Margaret River WA 2015 Cloudburst Cabernet Sauvignon I 425 Margaret River WA 2014 Cloudburst Cabernet Sauvignon I 445 Margaret River WA Featured Wine Makers Kay Brothers The Amery vineyard was purchased by Herbert & Frederick Kay in 1890, with the Shiraz vines for Block 6 planted in 1891. Through three generations, the winery has remained in the hands of the Kay family, making it the oldest family run winery in McLaren Vale. Today, the property is overseen by Colin Kay who ensures the Block 6 Shiraz is produced true to the quality of the best South Australian Shiraz and the traditions of his family. While bold, these wines offer a finesse rarely seen from Barossa Valley, as befits our set menu. 2015 Kay Brothers ‘Block 6’ Shiraz I 385 McLaren Vale SA 2005 Kay Brothers ‘Block 6’ Shiraz I 465 McLaren Vale SA 2002 Kay Brothers ‘Block 6’ Shiraz I 425 McLaren Vale SA Spirits VODKA Cape Grim 666 Vodka 14 I 27 Birchs Bay TAS Hartshorn Peat Smoked Vodka 15 I 29 Birchs Bay TAS GIN Brookies Dry Gin 12 I 23 Byron Bay NSW Taylor & Smith Dry Gin 15 I 29 Hobart TAS Applewood Gin 14 I 27 Adelaide Hills SA Banks & Solander Endeavor Gin 12 I 23 Botany Bay NSW BRANDY St Agnus VSOP Brandy 11 Renmark SA St Agnus XO 15 year Brandy 21 Renmark SA WHISKY Starward Two Fold Whisky 17 Melbourne VIC Backwoods Rye Whisky Batch #3 23 High Country VIC Old Kempton Tasmanian Small Cask Whisky 30 Kempton TAS Fortified NV Pfeiffer ‘Seriously Fine’ Apera 18 I 90 Fino Sherry style Rutherglen VIC NV David Franz ‘Old Redemption’ Tawny 18 I 87 Tawny Port style Barossa Valley SA 2017 Inkwell ‘Sweet Thing’ Late Harvest Viognier 16 I 95 Sweet Madeira style McLaren Vale SA Sweet & Digestif 2013 Terre a Terre Botrytis Pinot Gris 16 I 70 Wrattonbully SA 2019 Kerri Greens ‘Clementine’ VT Gewurztraminer Pinot Gris 18 I 95 Mornington Penninsula VIC Rhubi Mistelle 12 Sweet rhubarb liqueur Sydney NSW Applewood ‘Okar’ Amaro 10 Adelaide Hills SA Brookies ‘Mac.’ Liqueur 14 Macadamia & wattleseed liqueur Byron Bay NSW Mr Black Coffee Liqueur 10 Sydney NSW.
