The clock will start once the first car is pushed and will be set for a certain time each night for the A-Main. Such time will be dependent upon track size and weather conditions and will be shared with drivers and teams at the driver’s meeting each night. Open red flags will last a total of 2 minutes. We encourage all teams to visit the Team Portal link on the All Star Circuit of Champions website. The Team Portal link includes downloads for the rule book, schedule, owner points, weekend bulletins, muffler list, purse structure, contingency partners, race formats and more. Technical 1. When mufflers are required, the only acceptable muffler is the Schoenfeld # 14272735-78. A complete schedule based list of where mufflers are required is posted on the All Star website. Mufflers required at Port Royal Speedway ONLY. 2. LF radius rods are to be made of 4130 steel with steel rod ends. 3. In 2019 all chassis will be required to have additional bars installed to support and decrease the span between the front and rear uprights in the drivers area. The new support bars must be in addition to the front and rear uprights. Any attempts to manipulate the front and rear uprights to conform to these measurement will not be allowed at the discretion of Allstar Series Officials. Please see our rulebook or visit our website www.allstarsprint.com. 4. Wing T-Post will be built from 1” X .083” minimum ASTM 4130 normalized steel or equivalent material. Wing attachment designs will be subject to approval. The only cast pieces approved will be HRP Part #HRP8811-A75- HD. If new T-Post designs are developed they must be submitted for approval. Some approved T-Post designs are in the drawings section 16. See Drawing #16.13.1 Series Credentials 1. 2019 Series credentials will be available starting at Virginia Motor Speedway. Cards will be available at the Series trailer. Each member team will be listed at the pit gate with (2) or (3) free passes. Hard cards must be presented beginning with our event at Williams Grove on 4/12. Series Contingency Program: We have 8 mandatory series and contingency decals for every car to run on their top wing. 1. All Star Circuit of Champions decal (Series) 2. Jake’s Golf Carts - FULL TIME MEMBER TEAMS ONLY Tow and Provisionals: tow paid one time per track and up to two Series provisionals each night. For the first scheduled points paying race night of the year provisionals will be offered to the 2 highest finishing member car owners from the 2018 points followed by any 2019 new member car owners. The order of eligibility for 2019 new member car owners will be by qualifying time. Beginning on the 2nd scheduled night of racing, current Owner Points will determine the provisional order. In the event of a tie in owner points the higher qualified car is first eligible.
