    EUSKAL ESTATISTIKA ERAKUNDEA INSTITUTO VASCO DE ESTADÍSTICA Nota de prensa de 18/12/2008 CUENTAS ECONÓMICAS - PIB MUNICIPAL Olaberria, Zamudio y Zierbena son los municipios con mayor PIB per capita de la C.A. de Euskadi En cambio, tres comarcas alavesas- Rioja Alavesa, Estribaciones del Gorbea y Valles Alaveses- son las que muestran los mayores valores de PIB por habitante Olaberria, en el territorio histórico de Gipuzkoa, es el municipio con el Producto Interior Bruto (PIB) per capita más elevado de la C.A. de Euskadi, según datos publicados por EUSTAT. En segundo y tercer lugar se sitúan respectivamente los municipios de Zamudio y Zierbena, ambos en el territorio histórico de Bizkaia. En Álava es Legutiano el municipio que presenta un mayor PIB per capita, situándose en cuarto lugar en el global de la Comunidad Autónoma. El indicador PIB per capita municipal mide la riqueza generada en un municipio por los factores productivos (fábricas, comercios, empresas de servicios, ..) instalados en su ámbito territorial por habitante residente. Observando la distribución sectorial del PIB de estos cuatro municipios, es coincidente el notable peso de las ramas industriales de alto valor añadido, sumándose asimismo, en el caso de Zamudio, la fortaleza del sector servicios asociado al Parque Tecnológico. Todo ello encaminado a contextualizar la rehabilitación de un edificio emblemático de Tolo­ sa conocido como: Zerkausiaffinglado. Se apuesta por articular el Casco Histórico y los ensanches, lo antiguo y lo nuevo, visiones locales y reinvenciones, el río y la ciudad protegida. SUMMARY A situated look into de city taking into consideration history, social practices, meanings and memory. Geared to contextualize interventions into an emblematic building named : ZerkausiaíI'inglado emphasis is placed upon ways to articulate: the Old part of the City and new urban developments; the old and the new; local perceptions and changes; the river and the protected city. BASES PARA LA ELABORACION DEL MODELO TERRITORIAL 17 PLAN TERRITORIAL PARCIAL DEL AREA FUNCIONAL DE BEASAIN-ZUMARRAGA (GOIERRI) 2.1. EL TERRITORIO 2.1.1. El Soporte Físico El Area Funcional del Goierri (Beasain-Zumárraga) comprende el territorio de los 22 términos municipales adscritos a la misma (Legorreta, Itsasondo, Arama, Altzaga, Gaintza, Zaldibia, Ordizia, Beasain, Lazkao, Ataun, Olaberria, Idiazabal, Segura, Zerain, Mutiloa, Zegama, Ormaiztegi, Gabiria, Ezkio-Itsaso, Zumárraga, Urretxu y Legazpi) así como los correspondientes a las Parzonerías generales de Gipuzkoa-Araba (Aitzgorri) y Gipuzkoa- Navarra (Mancomunidad de Enirio-Aralar). Este Area, situada en el sureste del Territorio Histórico de Gipuzkoa, tiene una altitud media moderada a excepción de las cumbres de los dos macizos que la limitan por el sureste y suroeste, es decir, Aralar-Lizarrusti y Aitzgorri-Altzania, donde se encuentran alturas próximas a los 1.400 metros, (Txindoki, Uarrain, Balerdi y Gambo) en Aralar y sobrepasando los 1.500 metros en Aitzgorri (Arbelaitz, Atxuri, Aketegi y Aitzgorri). Las estribaciones del macizo de Aralar constituyen igualmente su limite oriental, mientras que por el Oeste queda limitada por un conjunto de montañas de menor altura, alrededor de 900 m, como Gorostiaga, Arrola e Irimo. El Macizo Zamiño-Izazpi, con alturas próximas a los 1.000 metros, y Murumendi, unidos por el puerto de Mandubia, conforman los límites septentrionales del Area Funcional. El relieve general, conformado por una sucesión de colinas y montañas, surcadas las más de las veces por estrechos valles, es pronunciado ya que el 80% de su territorio tiene una pendiente superior al 30%.

    Press release The Eibar town council, BIC Gipuzkoa and IK4- TEKNIKER will set up a new technological incubator in the Bajo Deba district The Eibar town council and IK4-TEKNIKER sign an agreement to set up a company incubator at the technology centre’s headquarters The Eibar town council will provide the funding required to refurbish the new facilities to be opened in March 2017 BIC Gipuzkoa will provide support through its knowledge and expertise (Eibar, Basque Country. 9 December, 2016).- In an increasingly competitive industrial environment it is imperative to further innovation, foster the creation of high-technology companies and develop new business models. It is within this context that the Eibar town council and IK4-TEKNIKER have signed an agreement whose goal is to set up an incubator for technologically advanced firms at the technology centre’s headquarters in Eibar (Gipuzkoa). The aim of the compromise reached by both organisations, also supported by the BIC Gipuzkoa centre for innovative businesses, is to foster the development of emerging companies in the Bajo Deba district The agreement was initialled this morning by the mayor of Eibar, Miguel De los Toyos and by the Managing Director of IK4-TEKNIKER, Alejandro Bengoa. Marisa Arriola, the Managing Director of BIC Gipuzkoa, was also present at the event that took place at the technology centre’s headquarters. The document stipulates a payment of 200,00 euros by the Eibar town council to refurbish facilities that will be inaugurated in March 2017. A home for innovation Under the management of BIC Gipuzkoa, the new incubator will offer space to emerging technological companies already working in fields that are not only strategic in terms of local industrial development but also deliver high added value required with regard to terms of advanced manufacturing, energy, bioengineering or digitisation.
