    IDAHO DUAL CREDIT PROGRAM COLLEGE CREDIT OPPORTUNITIES FOR HIGH SCHOOL STUDENTS Created by the Idaho Legislature in 1997 and implemented in 1998, dual credit provides the option for students to earn college credits at a low cost by enrolling in college classes offered through a partnership between the high schools and Idaho’s universities and colleges.
