Cornelius MBA, Columbia Southern University, 2009 BGS, Fort Hays State University, 2006 Doctoral Study Submitted in Partial Fulfillment of the Requirements for the Degree of Doctor of Business Administration Walden University April 2018 Abstract Real estate sales significantly declined during and after the 2008 mortgage crisis. In the United States, real estate sales dropped 35% after the mortgage crisis. Guided by the attention, interest, desire, and action (AIDA) model, the purpose of this multiple case study was to explore the strategies successful residential real estate organization managers use to mitigate sales decline in a postrecession environment. Three residential real estate organization managers in Southern Maryland and Northern Virginia participated in semistructured interviews. These participants are currently selling homes, worked in the real estate market before the 2008 mortgage crisis, and developed successful strategies to mitigate declining sales in a postrecession environment. The data collection process for this study included the semistructured interviews, review of archival documents, and member checking to explore successful strategies for mitigating declining sales for residential real estate organization managers. The data analysis included data coding, organizing, and making conclusions with the use of Yin’s 5 phase process. During analysis, the 4 themes to emerge were customer service, consistent work ethic, innovation, and market specialization. By implementing the identified successful sales strategies, these residential real estate organization managers were able to mitigate a decline in sales in a postrecession environment. Real estate professionals may use these findings to decrease the delays in the home buying process and increase employees’ sales performance.     A dynamic model of customer loyalty Michele Costabile71 Abstract Competitive and economic advantages stemming from the strengthening of customer relationships have been widely tested and discussed by practitioners and scholars in the relationship marketing and in the customer satisfaction and postconsumption research fields. Many studies, early developed into the business to business marketing field, have focused on antecedents and consequences of market relationships, identifying cognitive, affective and behavioural constructs (satisfaction, trust, loyalty and co-operation) that qualify the relationship life cycle, from customer satisfaction up to customer loyalty and partnership. Cognitive and behavioural constructs operating during the relationship life cycle have been widely analysed, and thanks to these studies it is possible to define a model of "customer buying process", as a preliminary step before submitting it to the canonical falsification process. Starting from an overview of the literature, this paper proposes a dynamic model of customer loyalty, in the marketing relationship perspective. The paper aims to identify the antecedents and the consequences of the evolutionary links between the several relational constructs connected with customer satisfaction and loyalty. The study used questionnaires based survey to collect data. The collected data were analyzed through logistic regression. The study is based on the marketing channels adopted by a mega store. Results indicated that mobile marketing was more effective as compared to email marketing. This study was unique in the sense that comparison between both channels based on AIDA model was analyzed for the first time. It is suggested that marketing professionals can increase their sales using mobile marketing; however, this effort should be supplemented by using e-mail marketing. Researcher is using theory of AIDA model (Attention, Interest, Desire, Action) in term of website design and structure to figure out the relationship between those variables toward purchasing decision. Variable in website design and structure based on AIDA models are: visual appeal, ease of use, interactivity, trustworthiness and convenience. The research is using quantitative analysis. Data were gathered from 100 respondents of President University student who already purchase goods online via Zalora Indonesia at least once. The study indicated Visual Appeal, Ease of Use, and Trustworthiness and Convenience partially and collectively have significant impact.

A sample of sixty-six were selected from these women groups by use of simple random sampling technique. Primary data was collected using structured and unstructured questionnaires and the questionnaires were administered personally. Data was presented by use of tables and graphs then analyzed using descriptive statistical techniques such as frequencies and mean. Summated scale (Likert-Type scale) was used to aggregate the evaluation of promotional factors on sales. There was also the use of chi square test. The study found out that most women groups mainly use sales promotion but face the problem of cost due to lack of finance for carrying out promotion.

The study findings suggest a conceptual model that combines the theories of brand personality with the necessary dispositional variables to explain the customer’s loyalty processes. This model also rises to the marketing challenge of building long-term consumer relationships. Customer’s loyalty, therefore, might be strengthened or retained by keeping in consideration various other factors through communicating a good brand relationship by involving the concept of brand personality, thus, enhancing the customer relationship building with social and resource exchanges and thus positively affecting the satisfaction of the customer.

To hold consumer interest, you need to focus your message on the product's features and benefits.
