Tra queste le esperienze RELAZIONALI lavorative all’interno del laboratorio di ricerca TPLL (Tactile Perception Learning Laboratory)

dell’istituto SISSA di Trieste, in varie missioni archeologiche tra cui la missione congiunta italo- tedesco-siriana a Tell Mishrifeh in Siria nonché in due progetti transfrontalieri Interreg IIIA tra Italia e Slovenia.

CAPACITÀ E COMPETENZE Dopo la collaborazione con il laboratorio TPLL della SISSA, in seguito allo stanziamento da parte dell’istituto di un fondo dedicato alla creazione di un Laboratorio di Meccatronica, il ORGANIZZATIVE sottoscritto è stato uno degli organizzatori tecnici del progetto per la neonata facility della scuola. . Lo stesso ruolo è stato rivestito dal sottoscritto nel contesto dell’organizzazione del laboratorio congiunto LAMA (Meccatronica Avanzata del Friuli Venezia Giulia). Inoltre ha allestito e condotto professionalmente attività didattiche ed editoriali di natura eterogenea.

CAPACITÀ E COMPETENZE Conoscenza approfondita nel campo delle lavorazioni meccaniche di precisione (creazione stampi per duplicazione in resina sottovuoto, utilizzo frese a controllo numerico fino a 4 assi, TECNICHE gestione e manutenzione stampanti 3D e pantografi laser) per la realizzazione di apparecchiature di ricerca (sotto il profilo meccanico ed elettrotecnico), e della preventiva progettazione in sistemi CAD. Tra questi la progettazione e realizzazione di setup automatizzati e sensorizzati per elettrofisiologia comportamentale su ratti. Conoscenza nel campo della stampa 3D, nelle tecnologie FDM, MJM, SLA, SLM metallo e nel dettaglio Projet 3510 HD plus della 3D Systems e M2 della Laser Concept. Buone conoscenze informatiche sia di hardware che software (Office, Autocad, Photoshop, Rhinoceros,) e pluriennale esperienza con CAD parametrici per la progettazione meccanica, in primis Solidworks, Solidworks Motion Analisys, Solidworks Simulation (FEM), programmi CAM (Rhinocam) e conoscenze base di ambiente Labview. Esperienza nel campo della progettazione di innesti biomedici cerebrali, con elettrodi, tetrodi e fibre ottiche per l’attivazione/inibizione dell’attività neuronale con l’optogenetica (tra cui si vanta l’invenzione di un prodotto commercializzato tramite la ditta americana Tucker Davis Technologies); riguardo il contesto delle fibre ottiche, conoscenza nelle caratteristiche tecnologiche, manipolazione, lappatura e connettorizzazione. Conoscenze elettrotecniche di base ed esperienza nel montaggio di microcomponenti SMD.
