I wrote in my review of the last volume that I hoped the authors would give Kobato's love interest some character development to avoid what would certainly be an abrupt turnaround for his character when he inevitably falls for her, and I'm happy to report that they did! We get a few scenes with Fujimoto actually showing genuine concern for Kobato: v. 3, and it seems that their apparent dislike for Kobato: v. 3 other is softening. Getting some Kobato: v. 3 and context for Ioryogi's predicament was a welcom I wrote in my review of the Kobato: v. 3 volume that I hoped the authors would give Kobato's love interest some character development to avoid what would certainly be an abrupt turnaround for his character when he inevitably falls for her, and I'm happy to report that they did! I just thought that was a neat addition. We learned quite a bit more information surrounding the kindergarten and Sayaka's ex, Something Something Okiura we don't know his first name. They were doing pretty well in the other two volumes, but it would have been nice to see Sayaka's backstory rather than have the page filled with speech bubbles. I am enjoying the plot, and I'm curious to see how Kobato handles this new batch of information. I didn't bring this up last time, but I noticed it in this volume as well. CLAMP is very good at getting character's feelings across through mannerisms and movements. I also like the build-up we've seen regarding the phone at the kindergarten. The reader feels a sense of dread every time it rings since we've only heard the loan shark calling to make threats up until this point, and I like how that expectation was played with a Kobato: v. 3 in this volume. A girl named Kobato who is working towards becoming an angel has to fill this little jar by healing people's hearts. She gets a job working at a kindergarten, only to have the Yakuza trying to shut it down. In this volume we learn more about the situation regarding the Kindergarten and why the Yakuza are involved with it. We learn more about Kobato's new friends from the school as well. Designs look a lot like some of Clamp's other ones I'm pretty sure the landlady looks a lot like the one from Chobits. And Kobato looks like Sakura with longer hair. It wouldn't be a surprise - or the first time - Clamp has re-used characters before. God's messenger bunny shows up as well though Kobato: v. 3 in this volume - in this one, one of the human chars. The story is interesting, but we only learn a little about what's going on. Sadly, it's not a very memorable story. I had it marked as read already, but had no Kobato: v. 3 of having read it not sure if it was marked accidentally It's cute, though. Just not the best volume, I think. Belum lagi salah satu tokoh yang menurutku terlalu 'lebay', tapi setelah memasuki buku ketiganya, akhirnya plot mulai terbaca, meski misteri siapa itu Kobato masih belum terbuka. Kobato: v. 3 akhir, bukunya seru lho. Terutama buku kelima dan dipuncaknya, buku keenamnya. Bikin bacanya jadi nostalgia sendiri. Worth Awalnya di dua buku pertama agak membosankan. Worth to read! Kobato., Vol. 03 (Kobato., #3) by CLAMP She is Kodaka Hasegawa 's younger sister and a student in the middle school division of St. Chronica's Academy who becomes the sixth member of the Neighbor's Club with Yozora Mikazuki 's approval despite her juniority. She is very close to her brother, and behaves in a jealous and clingy way whenever she feels that he is not giving her the attention she deserves, almost to the point where it is obvious that she has a brother complex. She sees Maria as a rival for Kodaka's brotherly affections and Kobato: v. 3 gets Kobato: v. 3 fights with the latter. The reason Kobato cannot make friends, or rather, doesn't want to make any friends is because she is under a constant self-delusion of being a Gothic vampire, and Kobato: v. 3 naturally shy. In fact, she is wildly popular with the other students of her class, boys and girls alike. Kodaka mentioned that Kobato looked more like their mother a fact Tenma Kashiwazaki also notedhaving golden- blond hair and blue eyes. Kobato mainly keeps her hair flowing down but still has two small horse tails from each side. Kobato is usually depicted in her Gothic Lolita dress, thigh-high socks with a black barrette. She also wears a red-eye contact lens on her right eye to match the anime Kobato: v. 3 she's usually cos-playing. During Summer, Kobato initially was dressed in her home clothes from 2 years ago which consists of a pink shirt and a skirt but later, Kobato: v. 3 to a more summer friendly version of her Gothic Lolita Kobato: v. 3. Kobato also owned a pink bikini and it was said that she loved it Kobato: v. 3 much and used to wear it every day in the past. Kobato also almost always carries a patchwork stuffed rabbit with her since it is the mascot of the anime Kobato: v. 3 she likes. Kobato is a shy person that doesn't tend to interact with the people around her. She is extremely close to Kodaka and gets jealous if Kodaka diverts his attention from her. During her 7th grade year, Kobato saw the second season of the anime " Kurogane no Necromancer " and after that has developed an obsession with it.
