GO ( MS) 27/ 2013 / HEdn Dated 04/02/ 2013, Thiruvananthapuram 2. G.O.(Rt)No. 517/2018/HEDN Dated 21/03/2018, Thiruvananthapuram 3. Minutes of District Committee Ernakulam Dated 15/10/2018, Ernakulam ORDER Vide Order referred as 1st above Government has approved to exempt the APL- General students from the incentive linked fee of ASAP. As per order referred as 2nd above Government has permitted to pool the APL General students within the district where the total fee incentives per district will be less than or equal to two times the number of batches in the district. Vide the 3rd paper read above the ASAP District Committee of Ernakulam convened on 15th October 2018 has recommended to exempt a total of 192 students from payment of incentive linked fee of ASAP for the year 2017-18 and two students of year 2016-17. Hence sanction is hereby accorded for exempting the students mentioned in the annexure from payment of the fee. If any of these students have already paid the fee, the fee collected will be reimbursed to the students.     Final Report Investment Proposal - Ferry Services RETA 6293: Cities Development Initiative for Asia June 2010 Pre-Feasibility Study Urban Transport, Cochin, India Cities Development Initiative for Asia RETA 6293 Pre-Feasibility Study Urban Transport, Cochin, India Final Report Investment Proposal - Ferry Services GlobalWorks Forward This investment proposal is one of three investment proposals developed under a transport sector pre- feasibility assessment (PFS) for Cochin, India. The PFS was jointly funded by the Cochin Corporation and the Cities Development Initiative for Asia (CDIA), and conducted between December 2009 and June 2010. The outputs of the PFS include an innovative transport sector strategy for Cochin, together with three high-priority transport sector investment proposals for immediate implementation. These proposals include ferry services, priority bus lanes, park and pay and pedestrian over bridges, and pedestrian precincts with supporting park and pay facilities. This report addresses the investment proposal for the ferry services. The proposal firstly summarizes the status, constraints and challenges facing Cochin‟s transport sector, leading to a summary of the innovative transport sector strategy which has been developed for the city to meet these challenges. This then leads into a presentation of the proposed ferry service investment proposal, providing technical, financial, economic, and social and environmental safeguard analysis for pre-feasibility due diligence. The proposal also provides a preferred implementation schedule for the initiative, and recommends institutional restructuring and strengthening activities necessary to assure long term viability of the investments. There is considerable public private partnership (PPP) opportunity in the ferry services proposal. The PPP potential is also therefore addressed. Formulation of this PFS has only been possible due to the vision and leadership provided by the Corporation through the Mayor Professor Mercy Williams.

Towards the beginning of the modern age this political terrain gradually enrolled as three native kingdoms with clear cut boundaries. The three native states comprised kingdom of Travancore of kingdom of Cochin, kingdom of Calicut These territories never enjoyed a single political structure due to the internal and foreign interventions. Travancore and Cochin were neighboring states enjoyed cordial relations. The integration of both states is a unique event in the history of India as well as History of Kerala. The title of Rajapramukh and the administrative division of Dewaswam is unique aspect in the course of History.
