The relevant dates of different e-tendering processes are given in the website also . The tender fee and EMD shall only be remitted online as per e-tendering process. All bid/tender documents shall be submitted online through the website. All the documents necessary/uploaded for the participation of tender should reach the office one day before opening e-tenders through India postal service (Speed post/Registered post ). The bidder is advised to submit the bids well before the stipulated date & time to avoid any kind of network issues, traffic congestion, etc. In this regard, the department shall not be responsible for any kind of such issues faced by bidder. The documents should include the following 1. Attested (by a Gazetted Officer) copy of license of contractor (Photocopy-Original should be brought for verification) 2. Duly filled and signed preliminary agreement (in Rs. 200/ - stamp paper) 3. Duly filled requisition for ePayment 4. Uploaded tender schedule-signed 5. Any other documents demanded in the e-tendering process All the uploaded documents will be verified with the copies/originals submitted to the office. Late submission of the documents is not permitted. All bids without necessary documents will be rejected. The successful bidders will be informed through email/sms. All the procedure related to the tendering process and the works shall be as per the PWD manual, Panchayath Raj Acts, Relevant government decisions and rules time to time. For any queries, please contact the office. For the Attention of Bidders 1. The rates to be quoted by the contractor should include all the taxes and the taxes will be deducted from the total amount of work done (even though, in the tender schedule, it is written “total amount without taxes”) 2. The contractor should verify/visit the work site and satisfy himself to quote the rates. 3. The taxes and levies shall be deducted as per the GST norms and government rules. 4. Contractor shall produce ADHAAR and Bank Account details for online enrolment in SAANKHYA website. CONTRACTOR ASSIATANT EXECUTIVE ENGINER Agreement for the work in the P.W schedule form if he fail to do this or in the case of P.W contract maintain a specific rate of progress (to be specified in each case in the tender schedule in the earnest money and security deposit shall be forfeited to Government and fresh tenders shall be called for or the matter other wise disposed off. If as a result of such measures due to the default of the tender to pay the requisite deposit sign contractors or take possession of the work any lost Government results the same will be recovered from him as arrears of revenue, but should it be savings to government, the original contractor shall have not calm whatever to the difference, recoveries on this or any other account will be made from the sum that may be due to the contractor on this or any other subsisting contractors or under the revenue recovery act, or otherwise the Government may decide. Now therefore these presents of witness and it is mutually agreed as follows: 1. The terms and conditions for the same contract having been stipulated in the said tender form to which the contractor has agreed, a copy of which is hereto appended which forms part of this agreement it is agreed that the terms and conditions stipulated therein shall bind the portions to this agreement except to the extend to which they are abrogated or altered by express terms and conditions wherein agreed to and in which respect the express provisions herein shall supersede these of the said tender form. 2. If the contractor does not come forward to execute the original agreement after the said work is awarded and selection notice issued in his a favour of commits breach of any of the conditions of the contract as stipulated in clause 13 of the notice inviting tenders as quoted above within the period stipulated then the Govt, may rearrange the work otherwise or get it done departmentally at the risk and cost of the contractor and the loss so sustained by the Govt. can be realized from the contractor under the Revenue Act as if arrears of land revenue as assessed, qualified and fixed by an adjudicating authority consisting of the Secretary(Public Works)Chief Engineer(Arbitration) and Chief Engineer(Administration or any behalf taking into consideration the prevailing Public Works Department rates and after giving due notice to the contractor. The decisions take, by such authority; officer or officers shall be final and conclusive and shall be binding on the contractor. 4.The contractor further agrees that any amount found due to the Government under or by virtue, of this agreement shall be recoverable from the contra tor from his EMD and his pros parties movable and immovable, as arrears of land revenue under the provisions Revenue Recovery Act for the time being in force CONTRACTOR ASSIATANT EXECUTIVE ENGINER or in any other manner as the Government may deem fit in this regard.
