Bidder /Company must be NTN/GST registered firm. 2. Bidder will submit its company profile with the bid which includes completed project for last three years ,Financial Profile of last Three Years and HR detail. 3. The bid must include CDR of 2% of the total value of the estimated cost in favor of Deputy Commissioner Rawalpindi. The Successful bidder will have to submit 10% Insurance/Bankers Cheque as bid security of Total successful Bid amount. 4. The Installation of 6 CCTV Cameras at 135 Sensitive Polling Station is the responsibility of the successful bidder. 5. Installation at site and unplug of all equipment from site is responsibility of vendor 6. The CCTV Network for all 135 sensitive Polling station must be operational by 22.07.2018 7. The bidder must provide support Staff (10 person) in each Tehsil of District Rawalpindi. Support Staff will remain available for 2 days (1 day before Election and Election Day) in concern Assistant Commissioner Office. 8. Bidder will submit its installation plan for 135 Polling station. The Installation plan must include Number of Teams, Number of polling Station to be installed by each team per day. List of Team members and Focal Person for Each 50 Polling Station for coordination and compliant resolution system. 9. Any applicable taxes of Government are the responsibility of the bidder. 10. All Quotations will be open under Rules 38 (2)(b) (Single Stage Two Envelops) Each Envelope clearly mentioning Financial Bid and Technical Bid 11. Auditor General has the mandate to conduct Performance Audit (Value for Money Audit) for the purpose of establishing the economy, efficiency and effectiveness of any expenditure or use of public resources. Performance audit of the project “Water Distribution Network for Rawalpindi Cantonment Board (RCB) & Chaklala Cantonment Board (CCB) from Khanpur Dam Source” funded out of Public Sector Development Programme (PSDP) being sponsored by Ministry of Defence, was carried out accordingly. The Directorate General Audit Defence Services (North) conducted performance audit of the Project “Water Distribution Network for RCB & CCB from Khanpur Dam Source” during October-December, 2017 for the period from 2001 to 2017. The project is still in progress. The audit was conducted with a view to reporting significant findings to stakeholders. Audit examined the economy, efficiency, and effectiveness aspects of the project. In addition, Audit also assessed, on test check basis whether the management complied with applicable laws, rules, and regulations in managing the project. The Audit Report indicates specific actions that, if taken, will help the management to realize the objectives of the project.
