Before routine transaction of business, Brig. Shahzad Tanveer (The Station Commander Relieving) welcomed Brig. Ijaz Qamar Kiani (new President Cantonment Board). Reference CBR No: 05 dated 31-07-2019 To re-consider notices under Section 185 & 256 of the Cantonments Act, 1924 served to the owner situated at St-No. 07 Hira School Road Afshan Colony. The above said notices were placed before the Board and the Board vide CBR under reference resolved as under: - “Considered. The Board after detailed discussion resolved that the properties where unauthorized change of purpose is involved shall be prioritized for sealing. Besides the properties falling within Non Commercialization Zone be demolished forthwith.” Now the same is required to demolish of 2nd floor and shops on ground floor cannot be regularized on residential building under the rule.
