Sports Hub It’s Great To Be 8 Giveaway The Sports Hub It’s Great To Be 8 Giveaway (“Giveaway”) to be held at Singapore Sports Hub (“Venue”) is introduced by SportsHub Pte Ltd (“SportsHub”) for a period valid from 12 Feb 2018 to 4 March 2018 (“Promotion Period”).

It’s Great To Be 8 Giveaway Parents with kids aged 8 years old (born in the year 2010) will be eligible to register in the Giveaway for a chance to win a pair of tickets (Adult+Child) to a Sports Hub ticketed event! The tickets are subject to availability and will be issued on a first-come first-served basis (while stocks last). There are a total of three (3) different events:

Rules & Regulations of the Giveaway 1. The qualifying period for the Giveaway is only during the Promotion Period. All registrants must submit their registrations by 11.59pm via https://obs.sportshub.com.sg on the closing date to be eligible for the Giveaway. Late entries will not be allowed. Registrations will close before the stipulated closing date if slots are full.

2. The Giveaway is only open to all parents with kids aged 8 years old as of 31 December 2018 (born in the year of 2010).

3. The Giveaway is valid for Singaporeans and Permanent Residents only.

4. The Giveaway is on a first-come, first-serve basis. Multiple registrations for the Giveaway may be submitted but each registrant can only register for a pair of free tickets per event date.

5. The Giveaway shall be subject to the terms and conditions set out below. By taking part in the Giveaway, the registrant shall be deemed to have agreed to be bound by the terms and conditions of the Giveaway and to the collection, use and/or disclosure of their personal data for the purposes set out therein.

6. SportsHub shall contact all successful registrants via email within three (3) working days of the closing of registration.

7. Tickets must be collected by 11 March 2018, or 2 hours before the start of the Event, whichever earlier. (“Collection Period”). To collect the tickets, all registrants must produce a copy of the email confirmation, NRIC/FIN and child’s Birth Certificate. Late collection will not be entertained.

8. If the registrant is unable to collect the tickets, he/she may authorise someone else to collect the tickets on their behalf. The authorised person must present the following:

1) Letter of Authorization 2) NRIC/FIN 3) A copy of the applicant’s NRIC

4) Original Birth Certificate of the applicant’s child

If the authorised person fails to produce all of the above documents, he/she will not be allowed to collect the tickets.

9. Tickets can only be collected at Sports Hub Visitor Centre (6 Stadium Drive, Singapore 397698). The operating hours are: a. Monday - Friday: 10am to 8pm b. Saturday & Sunday: 10am to 9pm c. Eve of Public Holidays and Public Holidays: 10am to 9pm

10. All tickets cannot be exchanged for a different event, cash and will not be replaced if lost or stolen. Tickets are also non-transferable.

11. The registrants are strictly prohibited from selling and reselling the tickets to a third party.

12. Unclaimed tickets after the Collection Period will be automatically forfeited and shall become null and void. The registrants shall not be entitled to any compensation or whatsoever.

13. All registrations must be completed and particulars submitted must be accurate, true and complete. Incomplete, inaccurate or illegible entries will be disqualified.
