BRAUCHLER, DISTRICT ATTORNEY CHAPTER 1 18th Judicial District The 18th Judicial District is the most populous and fastest growing judicial district in the State of Colorado. It encompasses Arapahoe, Douglas, Elbert and Lincoln Counties. The District Attorney is George H. Brauchler. SECTION 1 HISTORY History, Geography, & Colorado is divided into 22 judicial districts, numbered according to the date they came into existence.
