Matanot L’evyonim (Gifts to the Poor) You can fulfill this mitzvah through our Project Matanot L’evyonim at the Bayit. We encourage everyone to take part. In addition, we will distribute your cash and check donations which we collect before or on Purim day to needy Jews here in the Bronx and in Israel. You can give your donation to one of the rabbinic staff.
