We're excited to announce our Festival highlights and to share with you some of the wonderful artists and events we have as part of our Festival programme.

We are proud to welcome the legendary Smokie to the Festival in the Field Marquee on Wednesday 27 June. Originally hailing from Bradford, the band continues to play sell out tours around the globe and have sold over 25 million albums worldwide.

Friday Night's Party Night!! On Friday 29 June we are presenting a unique and exciting performance by the British Electric Foundation, the brain child of ( and ). It features a stellar line-up of the full Heaven 17 band and special guests including: Peter Hooton (The Farm), Glen Matlock (The Sex Pistols), Jaki Graham, Mari Wilson and Glenn Gregory from Heaven 17.

And of course no party night would be complete without our resident DJ!

On Saturday 30 June we are introducing our Festival in the Field Day from 12 noon until 11pm. This will be a whole day of fun for all the family featuring a fabulous mix of music with bands from all over the country, food and drink, magic and excellent entertainment. All topped off by a showstopping performance by The Fratellis who will be bringing their thrilling mix of razor- sharp guitar riffs, air-punching piano stabs, falsetto vocals and melodies you could hang your coat on to the Marquee.

Subscribe Past Issues Translate Our classical offerings include our Gala Concert on Sunday 17 June in the beautiful setting of the Bolton Abbey Priory, with acclaimed soprano Peyee Chen, prize winning concert violinist Sophie Rosa, BBC Music Fellow Ben Crick and Skipton Building Society Camerata, who are performing an exciting programme of Mozart.

And on Sunday 24 June, Grassington Festival and Skipton Music present the Benyounes Quartet at the stunning Scargill House in Kettlewell. Currently celebrating its 10th anniversary, the Benyounes Quartet has forged a reputation for fresh, vivid performances and interpretations of refinement and integrity and this will be an unforgettable afternoon of classical music.
