Olympique Lyonnais Charges : • Violation of the UEFA Return to Play Protocol (zoning access and movement on matchday), para. 13.2.4

Decision: The Control, Ethics and Disciplinary Body has decided: • To fine Olympique Lyonnais €5,000 for the violation of the UEFA Return to Play Protocol. • The above fine must be paid within 90 days of communication of this decision.

UEFA Champions League 2020/2021 Competition: UEFA Champions League 2020/2021 Date: 19 August 2020 Match: Floriana FC vs. CFR 1907 Cluj (0:2)

Floriana FC Charges : • Violation of the UEFA Return to Play Protocol (zoning access and movement on matchday), Para. 13.2

Decision: The Control, Ethics and Disciplinary Body has decided: • To fine Floriana FC €5,000 for the violation of the UEFA Return to Play Protocol. • The above fine must be paid within 90 days of communication of this decision.

Competition: UEFA Champions League 2020/2021 Date: 25 August 2020 Match: KF Tirana vs. FK Crvena zvezda (0:1)

KF Tirana Charges : • Violation of the UEFA Return to Play Protocol (Roles and responsibilities: Hygiene Officer), para. 5

Decision: The Control, Ethics and Disciplinary Body has decided: • To fine KF Tirana €5,000 for the violation of the UEFA Return to Play Protocol. • The above fine must be paid within 90 days of communication of this decision.

FC Sheriff Tiraspol Charges : • Rough play (Mr. Abang Anatole Bertrand), Art. 15(1)(a)(ii) DR

Decision: The Control, Ethics and Disciplinary Body has decided: • To suspend FC Sheriff Tiraspol player, Mr. Abang Anatole Bertrand, for a total of two (2) UEFA club competition matches for which he would be otherwise eligible, for rough play. • FC Sheriff Tiraspol ensures that the player is personally informed of this decision.

Competition: UEFA Champions League 2020/2021 Date: 26 August 2020 Match: FC Dynamo Brest vs. FK Sarajevo (2:1)

FK Sarajevo Charges : • Improper conduct of the team, Art. 15 (4) DR • Matchday media activities - (Vinko Marinović), Art. 73.02 UCLR • Violating the basic rules of decent conduct (Tino Sven Susic), Art. 11 (2) (b) DR

Decision: The Control, Ethics and Disciplinary Body has decided: • To fine FK Sarajevo €6,000 for the improper conduct of its team. • The above fine must be paid within 90 days of communication of this decision. • To reprimand FK Sarajevo player, Tino Sven Susic, for violating the basic rules of decent conduct, i.e. for breaking the door’s window at the tunnel. • To order FK Sarajevo player, Tino Sven Susic, to contact FC Dynamo Brest within 30 days for the settlement of the damages caused, i.e. the door’s window broken at the tunnel. • To warn FK Sarajevo head coach, Vinko Marinović, for not attending the press conference after the match. • FK Sarajevo ensures that its player and head coach are personally informed of this decision.

NK Lokomotiva Zagreb Charges : • Violation of the UEFA Return to Play Protocol (general principles for broadcasters’ partners, media and technical suppliers), Para. 15.1

Decision: The Control, Ethics and Disciplinary Body has decided: • To fine NK Lokomotiva Zagreb €5,000 for the violation of the UEFA Return to Play Protocol. • The above fine must be paid within 90 days of communication of this decision.

UEFA Europa League 2019/2020 Competition: UEFA Europa League 2019/2020 Date: 17 August 2020 Match: FC Internazionale Milano vs. FC Shakhtar Donetsk (5:0)

FC Internazionale Milano Charges : • Violation of the UEFA Return to Play Protocol (zoning access and movement on matchday), para. 13.2.4

Decision: The Control, Ethics and Disciplinary Body has decided: • To fine FC Internazionale Milano €5,000 for the violation of the UEFA Return to Play Protocol. • The above fine must be paid within 90 days of communication of this decision.

FC Santa Coloma Charges : • Improper conduct of the team, Art. 15 (4) DR • Assault (Alaez Peña Jordi), Art. 15 (1) (e) DR

Decision: The Control, Ethics and Disciplinary Body has decided: • To fine FC Santa Coloma €8,250 for the improper conduct of its team. • The above fine must be paid within 90 days of communication of this decision. • To suspend FC Santa Coloma player, Alaez Peña Jordi, for three (3) UEFA club competition matches for which he would be otherwise eligible, for assaulting another player. • FC Santa Coloma ensures that its player is personally informed of this decision.

FK Iskra Danilovgrad Charges : • Improper conduct of the team, Art. 15 (4) DR

Decision: The Control, Ethics and Disciplinary Body has decided: • To warn FK Iskra Danilovgrad for the improper conduct of its team.

Competition: UEFA Europa League 2020/2021 Date: 27 August 2020 Match: FC Petrocub-Hincesti vs. FK TSC Bačka Topola (0:2)

FK TSC Bačka Topola Charges : • Assaulting another player (Mr. Varga Boris), Article 15(1)(e) DR

Decision: The Control, Ethics and Disciplinary Body has decided: • To suspend FK TSC Bačka Topola player, Mr. Varga Boris, for a total of three (3) UEFA club competition matches for which he would be otherwise eligible, for assaulting another player. • FK TSC Bačka Topola ensures that the player is personally informed of this decision.

Hibernians FC Charges : • Improper conduct of the team, Art. 15 (4) DR • Insulting players or others (Mr. Abela Jesmond), Art. 15 (1) (a) (iv) DR • Abusive language at a match official (Mr. Kristensen Bjorn), Art. 15 (1) (b) DR

Decision: The Control, Ethics and Disciplinary Body has decided: • To warn Hibernians FC for the improper conduct of its team. • To suspend the Hibernians FC official, Mr. Abela Jesmond, for a total of one (1) UEFA club competition match for which he would otherwise participate in, for insulting players or others present at the match. • To suspend the Hibernians FC player, Mr. Kristensen Bjorn, for a total of two (2) UEFA club competition matches for which he would be otherwise eligible, for abusive language at a match official. • Hibernians FC ensures the player and official are personally informed of this decision.

Competition: UEFA Europa League 2020/2021 Date: 27 August 2020 Match: B36 Tórshavn vs. FC Levadia Tallinn (4:3)

B36 Tórshavn Charges : • Improper conduct of the team, Art. 15 (4) DR

Decision: The Control, Ethics and Disciplinary Body has decided: • To fine B36 Tórshavn €5,250 for the improper conduct of its team. • The above fine must be paid within 90 days of communication of this decision.

FC Levadia Tallinn Charges : • Basic rules of decent conduct (Sergei Pareiko), Art. 11 (2) (b) DR

Decision: The Control, Ethics and Disciplinary Body has decided: • To fine the FC Levadia Tallinn official, Mr. Sergei Pareiko, €2,000 for violating the basic rules of decent conduct. • The above fine must be paid within 90 days of communication of this decision.

Decision: The Control, Ethics and Disciplinary Body has decided: • To fine FK Bodø/Glimt €3,500 for setting off fireworks. • The above fine must be paid within 90 days of communication of this decision.

Paris Saint-Germain Charges : • Violation of the UEFA Return to Play Protocol (roles and responsibilities: Medical Liaison Officer)

Decision: The Control, Ethics and Disciplinary Body has decided: • To warn Paris Saint-Germain for the violation of the UEFA Return to Play Protocol.

UEFA Youth League 2019/2020 Competition: UEFA Youth League 2019/2020 Date: 18 August 2020 Match: GNK Dinamo Youth vs. SL Benfica Youth (1:3)

Decision: The Control, Ethics and Disciplinary Body has decided: • To fine GNK Dinamo youth €2,250 for the improper conduct of its team. • The above fine must be paid within 90 days of communication of this decision. • To suspend GNK Dinamo youth player, Renato Josipovic, for two (2) UEFA club competition matches for which he would be otherwise eligible, for assaulting another player. • GNK Dinamo youth ensures that its player is personally informed of this decision.
