Pemakluman Kepada Rakyat Malaysia Di Negara Brunei Darussalam PEMAKLUMAN KEPADA RAKYAT MALAYSIA DI NEGARA BRUNEI DARUSSALAM Merujuk kepada Perintah Kawalan Pergerakan yang telah diumumkan oleh YAB Perdana Menteri Malaysia mulai 18 Mac hingga 31 Mac 2020 dan Kenyataan Akhbar oleh Menteri Kesihatan Negara Brunei Darussalam pada 15 Mac 2020, Suruhanjaya Tinggi Malaysia di Bandar Seri Begawan, Negara Brunei Darussalam ingin memaklumkan perkara-perkara berikut: 1. Warganegara dan penduduk tetap Malaysia di Negara Brunei Darussalam adalah dibenarkan masuk ke Malaysia dan dikehendaki menjalani pemeriksaan kesihatan dan melakukan kuarantin sendiri selama 14 hari. 2. Walau bagaimanapun, Kementerian Kesihatan Negara Brunei Darussalam telah menguatkuasakan arahan larangan bagi warganegara Malaysia dan penduduk Negara Brunei Darussalam (kecuali pemegang pas sosial/pelancong) untuk ke luar negara termasuk ke Malaysia kecuali dalam keadaan tertentu. Dalam hubungan ini, kebenaran untuk keluar negara adalah bergantung kepada kelulusan daripada Jabatan Perdana Menteri melalui permohonan kepada [email protected]. 3. Semua pelawat asing dibenarkan untuk keluar dari Malaysia dan tidak dibenarkan masuk semula ke Malaysia bagi tempoh 18 Mac 2020 sehingga 31 Mac 2020. Walau bagaimanapun, semua pelawat asing dibenarkan transit di Lapangan Terbang Kuala Lumpur terhad kepada immediate transfer sahaja yang tidak melibatkan pemeriksaan kaunter Imigresen atau penukaran lapangan terbang. 4. Rakyat Malaysia adalah tidak dibenarkan untuk ke luar negara atas tujuan melancong. 5. Rakyat Malaysia berada di Semenanjung tidak dibenarkan untuk menaiki penerbangan ke Sabah dan Sarawak dan sebaliknya, kecuali yang telah terlebih dahulu berada di kawasan tersebut sebelum arahan ini berkuat kuasa. 6. Suami/isteri dan anak kepada Warganegara Malaysia dibenarkan masuk ke Malaysia dengan syarat mempunyai Pas Lawatan Sosial Jangka Panjang (suami/ isteri). 7. Warganegara dan penduduk tetap Malaysia yang hanya transit di sempadan Malaysia-Brunei dibenarkan masuk dan keluar mengikut arahan Pihak Berkuasa Negeri yang berkuat kuasa. 8. Warganegara dan penduduk tetap Malaysia atau warganegara asing yang memandu kenderaan berat untuk tujuan membawa bekalan makanan sahaja adalah dibenarkan keluar masuk tertakluk kepada kelulusan pihak berkuasa. 9. Selaras dengan perintah ini, semua permohonan Visa di Suruhanjaya Tinggi Malaysia adalah ditangguhkan dalam tempoh Perintah Kawalan Pergerakan ini. 10. Berikutan larangan tersebut bagi urusan permohonan pembaharuan pasport warganegara Malaysia masih boleh dilakukan melalui Kaunter Konsular, No.61, Simpang 336, Jalan Duta, Suruhanjaya Tinggi Malaysia, Bandar Seri Begawan, Negara Brunei Darussalam. 11. Waktu operasi Pos Imigresen/ICQ akan dipendekkan kepada jam 6.00 pagi hingga 10 malam iaitu melibatkan: a) ICQ Sungai Tujoh, Miri; b) Pos Kawalan Imigresen Sungai Tujoh Kuala Belait c) Pos Kawalan Tedungan; d) Pos Kawalan Imigresen Kuala Lurah; e) Pos Kawalan Pandaruan; f) Pos Kawalan Imigresen Ujong Jalan Temburong g) Pos Kawalan Mengkalab; dan h) Pos Kawalan Imigresen Labu Temburong Terima kasih.     ADVISORY TO MALAYSIANS IN NEGARA BRUNEI DARUSSALAM Pursuant to the Restriction of Movement Order announced by the Honourable Prime Minister of Malaysia, effective from 18 March until 31 March 2020 and the Press Release issued by the Ministry of Health Negara Brunei Darussalam on 15 March 2020, the High Commission of Malaysia in Bandar Seri Begawan, Negara Brunei Darussalam wishes to convey the following information: 1. Malaysian citizens and permanent residents of Malaysia in Negara Brunei Darussalam are allowed to return to Malaysia and required to undergo health check and 14 days self-quarantine. 2. Nonetheless, the Ministry of Health, Negara Brunei Darussalam, has issued restrictions for all citizens and residents of Negara Brunei Darussalam (excluding social/visit pass holder) to leave the country including to Malaysia except for certain circumstances. In this regard, requests for permission to leave the country are subject to the approval of the Prime Minister's Office by an application to [email protected]. 3. Foreign visitors who are currently in Malaysia are allowed to leave but, they are not allowed to re-enter the country from 18 March 2020 until 31 March 2020. However foreign tourists are allowed to transit at airports in Kuala Lumpur but limited to immediate transfer only which does not require an inspection at immigration counters and changes of the airport. 4. A complete restriction for all Malaysians going overseas for vacation. 5. All Malaysian in Peninsular Malaysia are not allowed to travel to Sabah and Sarawak and vice versa with exception to those who had travelled before the restriction order took effect.
