MERRY CHRISTMAS On behalf of Msgr. Flood, Father McBride, Father Murphy, and myself, and the entire staff of St. Luke Parish, we wish you all a very merry and blessed Christmas. I remind you that Christmas is not 1 day, but lasts for 2 weeks. We will celebrate the Holy Family, New Year’s Day (Mary, the Mother of God -- not a day of obligation this year), the Epiphany, and the Baptism of the Lord on January 8. The Christmas Season is short this year, but enjoy these two weeks and time with your family and friends. I thank you for your kindness to the priests and especially to St. Luke Parish. This week will be an easier schedule for everyone. I call your attention to the fact that the Rectory will be closed on Tuesday, there will be no Exposition of the Blessed Sacrament on Tuesday, and there are no confessions on Wednesday evening. Father Fitzpatrick Hall will be closed this week for a midyear cleaning. A special reminder about the Blood Drive on Friday afternoon and evening, December 29, from 1:30 to 6:30.
