On initial Scrutiny of your application seeking Environmental Clearance for the Proposal Construction of Residential group development project by tWs. Casa Grande Civil Engineering Pvt Ltd & IWs. Gallante Promoters LLP with a total built up area of 29,666.6 Sq.m at S.F.No.515fi,515/2,516 & 517, Manapakkam village, Alandur Taluk, Kanchipuram District, Tamil Nadu. It was observed that the following particulars have not been furnished.
1. Copy of land deed / long term Lease deed document with name of the owner/ leaser, S.F. No., and Area for the land of the proposed project should be furnished. for supply of water should be Copy of Commitment letter ftom competent authority fumished. That the Project Proponent is liable for operation and maintenance ofSTp for 10 years from the date of operation ofthe project.
