Deed of Transfer T6008/1902, dated 19 June 1902 (endorsement page 3), (b) Certain piece of land at Cape L'Agulhas, being Portion 4 of the farm Papenkuilsfontein 281, in the Division of Bredasdorp, in extent 16,8451 (sixteen comma eight four five one) hectares. (c) Certain piece of land at Cape L'Agulhas, being Portion 17 of the farm Papenkuilsfontein 281, in the Division of Bredasdorp, in extent 9 935 (nine thousand nine hundred and thirty-five) square metres.
