The tenderer who fulfills the following initial requirements sha1l only be eligible to participate a) Should have executed three similar work each of value not less than 4Ook of estimated cost or two similar works each of value not less than 60% of the estimated cost or one similar work of value not less than BO% of estimated cost (rounded to nearest of 10.00 lakh) in last 5 year ending last date of the previous month in which tender are initiated for the purpose of clause similar work meaning the work of Interlocking brick works. b) Should have had an annual financial turn over in civil engineering construction works in any one year during the last S(five) years ending March'2O16 of value not less than Rs.100.00 Lakh (Rupees Hundred lal<h) onlr,. 5. Any contractor r,vho has 2 (two) or more unco.mpieted ongoing commitment (projects to execute/contracts at hand) is not permitted to participate in this tendering. A tenderer wiil invariably submit an afhdavit sworn before a competent Magistrate to the effect that he does not lnave 2 (two) or more uncompleted ongoing commi.tments at the time of tendering. The affidavit should mention the names of the uncompleted ongoing commitments. He shal1 also, for participation in any tender be required to submit completion certificate issued by the Engineer-in-charge duly counter signed by the concerned Superintending Engineer. Any tender which does not fulfill this condition will be summarily rejected. In the event of submission of false information, which may be detected by the department after award of work, the tender shall be cancelled immediately and the contractor sha1l be barred from further participation in any tender works of the department. 6. The tenderer will have to submit No Due Certificate (NDC) / No Objection Certificate (NOC) from Arunachal Pradesh State cooperative Apex bank Limited, not oider than 3(three) months, duiy issued by the Managing Director cum Chief Executive Officer , Itanagar along with the tender. The tenderer, at the tenderer's own responsibility and risk is encouraged to visit the work site and obtain necessary information related to it to facilitate preparation of the tender. 11. In the event of more than one qualified tenderer quoting the same amount, the award of work shall be determined by the Tender capacity of the tenderers. 12. Al1 the requisite information/documents mentioned in (6), (7), (g) and (9) above should be submitted in an orderiy manner as and where required by indexing them as detailed in the relevant section(s) of the tendering document.
