TERRITOIRE Le service d'eau potable du Smaep de Gâprée regroupe : 2 715 habitants La CDC des Sources de l’Orne (Aunou-sur-Orne) La CDC de la Vallée de la Haute Sarthe (Courtomer, Gâprée, le Chalange, le Plantis, Montchevrel, Saint Germain-le-Vieux, Saint Leonard-des-Parcs, Tellières-le-Plessis et Trémont). 2 CDC adhérentes représentants 10 communes La population desservie est de 2 715 habitants. EXPLOITATION La société SAUR FRANCE a la responsabilité du fonctionnement des ouvrages, de leur entretien et de la permanence du service. En affermage par la Le syndicat garde la maîtrise des investissements et la propriété société SAUR FRANCE des ouvrages. L’eau est distribuée à 1 066 abonnés (+0,93% par rapport à 2015). PRODUCTION Ressources du syndicat : 2 ressources 1- Forage de Louvoy : a fourni 94 583 m³ d’eau traitée. 2- Importation du SIAEP de Moulins-la-Marche : 62 891 m³. DISTRIBUTION En 2016 les abonnés ont consommé 129 579 m³ soit en moyenne 3 - Un réseau de 134 kms 121 m par abonné. Compte tenu des fuites (pour partie inévitables) et des besoins - 129 579 m³ consommés en eau du service (purges du réseau, poteaux incendie, lavages - Rendement du réseau : des réservoirs, …), le rendement du réseau est de 83,3% en 83,3% 2016 (il était de 72,3 % en 2015).

    Sources de l’Orne SÉES Aunou-sur-Orne Boitron Tour de Boitron Circuit Essay NATURE Bursard COMMUNAUTÉ DE COMMUNES Étang du Perron DES SOURCES DE L’ORNE Du centre de Sées, prendre la direction Mortagne-au-Perche / Aunou-sur-Orne. 33 km > 40 minutes À l’entrée d’Aunou, prendre la première ruelle à droite en descente, puis encore à droite pour arriver jusqu’à un espace en herbe. Vous apercevrez au fond l’aire de pique-nique et 3 sites naturels les sources de l’Orne. Pour rejoindre la tour de Boitron, remonter la ruelle et continuer à droite. À 50m environ d’intérêt prendre à droite à la fourche et poursuivre la D 738 sur 2,4 km jusqu’à l’intersection avec la D 727. Après 1 km poursuivez sur la gauche sur la D 214 et tout droit vers Boitron à 4,5 km. Vous apercevrez l’église sur votre droite en montant dans le bourg. Pour rejoindre l’étang du Perron, continuer vers Essay en reprenant tout droit puis la D 31. Traversez Essay puis continuez sur la D 31 sur 4,3 km jusqu’à l’intersection à droite vers la D 758, au lieu-dit « la corbelllière ». Rouler sur 3 km et prendre à droite à l’intersection vers St Gervais-du-Perron. L’étang est à 500 m sur la gauche. Pour le retour vers Sées, continuer vers St Gervais en passant par le tunnel, puis reprendre à droite la D 138, qui vous amènera sur la D 438 en 2x2 voies.

Description of product to which the name in (1) applies The ‘Camembert de Normandie’ is a lightly-salted soft cheese made from raw milk containing at least 45g of fat per 100g of cheese when completely dried out and whose dry matter weighs 115g per cheese or more. The ‘Camembert de Normandie’ has the following characteristics: – a flat cylindrical shape with a diameter of 10.5 to 11cm and a net weight, indicated on the packaging, of at least 250g; – a so-called ‘blooming’ rind, white in colour, with a surface mould creating a white covering with possibly some red spots visible; – the colour of the cheese varies from ivory to pale yellow. Ripened throughout, the cheese is smooth and soft; – a lightly salty flavour, initially milky and sweet, but increasingly sharper and more fruity as ripening proceeds. 3.3. Raw materials (for processed products only) The milk used to manufacture ‘Camembert de Normandie’ comes from holdings where, as from 1 May 2017, at least 50% of the dairy cows are cows of the Normande breed. 3.4. Feed (for products of animal origin only) To ensure that there is a close link between the locality and the product through the use of feed which is particular to the geographical area, the dairy cows graze for at least six months of the year.
