I agree: (a) to ensure that only photographs/videos of my party are taken and that no additional images are taken of any National Trust property (except as specifically agreed with the relevant National Trust staff) (b) to ensure that my party behave appropriately while at the National Trust property, do not cause disruption to other visitors at the National Trust property, follow the reasonable directions of National Trust staff, and leave the National Trust property in the same condition as it was found (c) to ensure that my wedding party will only access those parts of the National Trust property as are agreed with the relevant National Trust staff (d) to ensure that my photographer/videographer [delete as appropriate] signs the “Photographer/Videographer Permission Form – Wedding Photography/Videography” provided and submits the same to a member of the National Trust property staff before any photographs and/or videos are taken (e) to ensure that my photographer/videographer has public liability insurance within a minimum indemnity of £2,000,000 (f) to pay the fee of £150 in advance of arrival on the property for the specific date requested (g) to adhere to the Terms and Conditions listed overleaf Signature ……………………………….. Payment The payment of £150 (inc VAT) for the session must be paid in advance with card. The fee is non- refundable. If you are unable to come on the specified date or the property is closed due to a local outbreak of severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2 (‘the Coronavirus’) we will contact you to arrange a rescheduling of your session. Terms of use. The fee is non-refundable. If you are unable to come on the specified date, please contact Osterley to arrange an alternate. Access Wedding and celebration photography may take place between 10am and 5pm Monday to Sunday. Access is via the Jersey Road gate via car or from the nearby Osterley tube station. Up to two vehicles may park free of charge in Osterley Car Park. Please make yourself known to the Car Park Kiosk on arrival. Details of the vehicles must be given to the property in advance. Vehicles are not permitted to drive up to the House, or anywhere on the Estate. Due to current restrictions in place we are unable to provide transport to the front of the house. If you arrive outside of the time of your booking, we reserve the right to refuse access. You are permitted to take photographs in front of the house and we ask you to be considerate to visitors in this area. Currently there is no access to the steps at the front of the house. There is no access to any area beyond the pay barrier, including the Formal Gardens and the Meadow. There is no access to the interior of the house, indoor rooms for dressing or to the power supply of the property. The driveway must always be kept clear and you may not park along it for photography. Expectations Please refrain from bringing any props, such as swords, or animals, such as doves or horses, onto the estate. No rice, confetti or food for the birds is permitted. No music or sound making instrument or devices is permitted. Drones are strictly prohibited in all areas under the Heathrow flight path. This covers Osterley Park and House.
