Details of plans mentioned in the report can be obtained from the Contact Officer noted below. The report has been constructed to reflect the Memorial’s Outcome and Outputs structure and to address Government reporting requirements. Section One Corporate Governance includes the Chair’s Report and details of the Council and its operations and performance. Section Two Corporate Operations includes the Director’s highlights and overview of the Memorial’s performance during 2007–08 . Section Three Corporate Summary provides information on the structure and reporting framework of the Memorial. Section Four Performance Report details performance information against the Memorial’s Outcome and against external and internal Outputs. Section Five Accountability provides detailed information about the Memorial as required for reporting. Section Six Financial Statements includes the Report by the Auditor-General and Financial Statements.
