Royal Mirror December 2016 FROM THE DESK OF THE EDITOR “Autumn is a second spring when every leaf is a flower.” - Albert Camus Hola Royalites! The 14th issue of ‘Royal Mirror’ showcases the coming of age of every sapling planted at the anvil of this academic session amidst a kaleidoscope of accomplishments. The autumnal session commenced with myriad ventures besides hosting the prestigious Far East Zone Swimming Competition. We also took immense pride in establishing the awe-inspiring presence of the legendary icon Rupkonwar Jyoti Prasad Agarwala into our midst. We then joined hands to revel in the throes of celebratory fervor in the spate of the festive season. The much awaited NASA Trip was consummated with resounding success and encouraging prospects. Furthermore, the school celebrated Rashtriya Swachata Divas by participating in the cleanliness campaign, ‘Cleanathon’. Last but not the least, our school proudly hosted the first ever inter school RGS Model United Nation where numerous eloquent speakers from different schools displayed their debating finesse to glory. We are sure that such exemplary treasure trove of positive attitude, hard work, sustained efforts and innovative ideas exhibited by our talented peers will surely stir the mind of the readers and take them to the surreal world of unalloyed joy and pleasure.     Protection Forum for Bengalee Hindus of Assam Proceedings of the Thematic Convention held on Saturday the 4th December, 2010 at Lakhiram Baruah Sadan, Guwahati-1 under the Chairmanship of Shri Manas Choudhury, MLA, Meghalaya & Advisor of the Protection Forum to discuss and adopt resolutions pertaining granting of natural citizenship to Hindus in India and stoppage of persecution of Bengalee Hindus as foreigners in Assam.
