E-2: Potlatch State Park – Three party Land Exchange – Skokomish Tribe, WSPRC and Minerva Beach Homeowners Association This item requests the Commission to authorize the Director to finalize the terms of a three-party land exchange in response from the Skokomish Tribal Nation for legal access to a proposed tribal residential development adjacent to Potlatch State Park. This request complies with the Centennial 2013 Plan element, “Our Commitment – Stewardship.”

E-3: – Chelan County Perpetual Road Easement This item asks the Commission to grant Chelan County a perpetual easement over .77 acres of parkland for the purpose of a road-widening project on Mission Ridge Road at Squilchuck State Park. E-4: -JWPT – Perpetual Sewer Line Easement to D.R. Horton This item requests the Commission to grant SSHI, LLC dba D.R. Horton (SSHI) a perpetual easement for the purposes of installing and maintaining an underground sewer line across Iron Horse State Park – John Wayne Pioneer Trail (JWPT). This request complies with our Centennial 2013 Plan element, “Our Commitment – Financial Strategy and Facilities.”

E-5: Salvage Timber Harvest and Sales This item requests the Commission to authorize the Director or his designee to sell, through a competitive sales process, timber removed during salvage operations to clear downed trees from the main campground at State Park. This timber was blown down or damaged by a catastrophic windstorm that occurred Dec. 14-15, 2006, and is deemed surplus to the needs of the park. This complies with the Centennial 2013 Plan element, "Our Commitment – Stewardship."
