Sony introduced the first PlayStation game console in the mid-J990s. It was very popular and sold more than 100 million units. Then in 2000, Sony released PlayStation 2. This model has also been very popular due to its excellent graphics and because it can play DVDs. Sony has released the newest model in the series, PlayStation 3. It is 35 times more powerful than PlayStation 2. The controllers are also much easier to use due to special sensors. Sony says that playing games on PlayStation 3 is like being in Q movie because the graphics are so incredible.
