Canals, Ditches, or other constructed conveyance facilities owned and controlled by Discharger: - The City of San Jose does not own or control conveyance facilities, but work under agreement(s) with the Santa Clara Valley Water District (SCVWD) to maintain and/or operate waterways within lands owned by the City of San Jose, and lands under right-of way easements within the city limits. - The SCVWD works with the Army Corps of Engineers (ACOE) under Permit No. 1996- 225250 for maintenance activities in streams and channels throughout the County of Santa Clara.
