1. GROTE PRIJS MARCEL KINT
Zwevegem Koerse werd de eerste maal georganiseerd in het jaar 1930. Deze koers , eertijds omgedoopt tot de Grote Prijs Marcel Kint, ter ere van de wielerlegende, ook genoemd de Zwarte Arend , werd ieder jaar gereden als kermiskoers. Vijf jaar terug werd een nieuwe VZW opgericht , VZW Wielervereniging Boldershof Zwevegem , met als doel het uitbouwen van de wedstrijd met als gevolg in 2016 opgenomen op de Internationale Wielerkalender van de UCI in de categorie 1.2

3. WEDSTRIJDREGELMENT - REGLEMENT PARTICULIER
- Artikel 1. Organisatie / Organisation
De Grote Prijs Marcel Kint , georganiseerd door vzw Wielervereniging Boldershof Zwevegem en onder de reglementen van de KBWB en de UCI wordt verreden op 11 september 2017.
L’épreuve Grote Prijs Marcel Kint est organisée par VZW Wielervereniging Boldershof Zwevegem sous les règlements de la Ligue Vélocipédique belge (RLVB) et de l'Union Cycliste Internationale. Elle se dispute le 11 septembre 2017.
-Artikel 2. Deelnemers / Participation
De Grote Prijs Marcel Kint staat open voor UCI Belgische professionele continentale ploegen en 2 buitenlandse, continentale ploegen UCI en nationale ploegen. Het maximum aantal renners per ploeg is 6 en het minimum is 4, volgens artikel 2.2.003 van het UCI-reglement.
Le Grote Prijs Marcel Kintl est ouvert aux UCI équipes Belges continentales professionnelles UCI et 2 équipes étrangeres, équipes continentales UCI et équipes Nationales. Conformément à l’article 2.2.003 du règlement UCI, le nombre de coureurs par équipe est de minimum 4 et de maximum 6 coureurs.
-Artikel 3. UCI Europe Tour-klassement / Classement UCI Europe Tour
Het is een wedstrijd klasse 1.2 (Europe Tour) en het puntenbarema is conform het UCI- reglement art. 2.11.014 1) 40 pt – 2) 30 pt – 3) 25 pt – 4) 20 pt – 5) 15 pt – 6) 10 pt – 7) 5 pt 8) 5 pt – 9) 5 pt – 10) 5 pt
L’épreuve est classée en classe 1.2 (Europe Tour). Conformément au règlement UCI elle attribuee les points suivants art. 2.11.014 1) 40 pt – 2) 30 pt – 3) 25 pt – 4) 20 pt – 5) 15 pt – 6) 10 pt – 7) 5 pt - 8) 5 pt – 9) 5 pt – 10)5 pt
-Artikel 4. Permanentie / Permanence
Permanentie bij de start tot en met de finish is op maandag 11 september 2017 van 9.00 uur tot 19.00 uur te Zwevegem, Burelen TENNIS CLUB ZWEVEGEM , bekaertstraat 11
De bevestiging van de deelnemende renners en de bedeling van de rugnummers vindt plaats in de permanentie van 09.30 uur tot 11 uur op maandag 11 september 2017 te Zwevegem, Burelen TENNIS CLUB ZWEVEGEM , bekaertstraat 11
Vergadering met de ploegleiders, georganiseerd cfr artikel 1.2.087 van het UCI reglement, in aanwezigheid van het college van commissarissen, is voorzien op maandag 11 september 2017 om 11u30 uur in Zwevegem, Burelen TENNIS CLUB , bekaertstraat 11.
Tekenen controleblad door de renners vanaf 12u30 tot 13u15 op de parking langs, TENNIS CLUB ZWEVEGEM, bekaertstraat 11
La permanence du départ jusqu’à l’arrivée se tient, le 11 septembre 2017 de 9.00 Hrs à 19.00 Hrs à Zwevegem, Bureau TENNIS CLUB ZWEVEGEM , bekaertstraat 11
La confirmation des partants et le retrait des dossards par les responsables d'équipes se fait à la permanence de 09.30 Hrs à 11.00 Hrs le 11 septembre 2017 à Zwevegem ,. Bureau TENNIS CLUB ZWEVEGEM , bekaertstraat 11

-Artikel 5. Radio Tour
De wedstrijdinformatie wordt uitgezonden via Radio Tour 1 . Les informations courses sont émises par Radio Tour.
-Artikel 6. Neutrale wagens – voitures neutre
De 2 neutrale wagens en neutrale moto worden geleverd door Lemaire services. Le service d’assistance technique neutre est assuré par le team Lemaire avec 2 voitures et un moto
-Artikel 7. Veiligheid - sécurité
De deelnemers en de toegestane volgers zijn verplicht alle aanwijzingen van officials en politie onmiddellijk op te volgen. De persfotografen op de motor en aan de aankomst dienen de reglementaire kazuivel te dragen.
Les participants et les suiveurs autorisés sont obligés d’obéir immédiatement à toutes les injonctions données par les officiels et par la Police . Les photographes de presse à moto et à l’arrivée sont obligés de porter une chasuble réglementaire.

-Artikel 8. Medische controle – antidopingcontrole – contrôle antidopage et médicale
De reglementen van de UCI inzake antidopage gelden voor deze wedstrijd. Bovendien geldt ook de Vlaamse wetgeving inzake antidopage conform de wetgeving van de Vlaamse gemeenschap. De medische controle heeft plaats te Zwevegem, otegemstraat 78. ( dokter Ameye) Ieder renner dient zich persoonlijk te vergewissen of hij zich moet aanbieden bij de anti-dopingcontrole.
Le règlement antidopage de l’UCI s’applique intégralement à la présente épreuve. En outre, la législation antidopage flamande, s’applique conformément aux dispositions de la loi Fédération flamande. Le contrôle antidopage a lieu à Zwevegem , otegemstraat 78 ( docteur Ameye)
-Artikel 9. Klassementsprijzen aankomst – prix des classements
Het prijzenbedrag wordt als volgt verdeeld : 1) 2425 euro – 2) 1210 euro – 3) 607 euro – 4) 305 euro – 5) 240 euro – 6) 180 euro – 7) 180 euro – 8) 118 euro – 9) 118 euro 10 tot 20) 57 euro. Het totaal prijzenbedrag dat uitbetaald wordt naar aanleiding van deze wedstrijd bedraagt 6.010 euro.
Les prix suivants sont attribués: 1) 2425 euro – 2) 1210 euro – 3) 607 euro – 4) 305 euro – 5) 240 euro – 6) 180 euro – 7) 180 euro – 8) 118 euro – 9) 118 euro 10 à 20) 57 euro. Le total général des prix distribués à l’occasion de l’épreuve est de 6.010 euro.
-Artikel 10. Protocol
De eerste drie geklasseerde renners van de Grote Prijs Marcel Kint worden verzocht zich binnen maximum 5 minuten na hun aankomst naar het huldigingpodium te begeven. Na deze ceremonie zal de winnaar zich naar de perszaal begeven in de nabijheid van de aankomstzone.
Les 3 premiers coureurs classés au Grote Prijs Marcel Kint se présenteront dans un délai de maximum de 5 minutes après leur arrivée. Après la cérémonie protocolaire le vainqueur se présentera dans la salle de presse à proximité d’arrivée.
-Artikel 11. Boetes – pénalités
De boetes zijn overeenkomstig het UCI reglement.
Le barème de pénalités de l’UCI est le seul applicable.

-Artikel 12. Wegwijzers – flèches
Langsheen de omloop worden op zichtbare plaatsen richtingsborden geplaatst, waarvan een specimen wordt uitgehangen in het inschrijvingslokaal. De organisatoren kunnen op geen enkele manier aansprakelijk worden gesteld voor wegvergissingen door renners en/of volgers.
Le long du parcours, des flèches de direction seront placées aux endroits bien visibles. Un spécimen sera exposé dans le local d’inscription. Les organisateurs ne pourront en aucun cas être rendus responsable d’erreurs de parcours et/ou es suiveurs.

Omleiding en Parking volgers :
De volgwagens van de ploegleiders zullen in de laatste ronde op 600m afgeleid worden. Net voor de laatste bocht naar de aankomstzone zullen alle wagens die niet in het bezit zijn van het “ A “ kenteken afgeleid worden door een seingever (organisatie) en volgen ze de Blokkellestraat en Blokkestraat . Bewegwijzering is voorzien naar de kleedkamers.
