Directions Travelling from the direction of Devizes, come along the A360 until you reach the village of Littleton Panell. Continue on this road as it winds along and, after you pass Low Road on the right, take the next right turn (just before the 40 miles per hour sign). After a few yards, the brick gate posts for Manor Farm House will be found straight ahead.

Location Little Cheverell is a very pretty and sought after village sitting beneath Salisbury Plain and in the centre of lovely countryside which aff ords wonderful walking and riding opportunities. The adjoining village of has a church, village store / post offi ce and a well thought of public house, The Bell.

In the close vicinity there are excellent primary schools in nearby West Lavington and Great Cheverell, a fi rst class secondary at Market Lavington and, in the private sector, Daunstey’s which is within a mile and St Mary’s and St Margaret’s, Calne, Marlborough, Stonar and Warminster.

The village of Market Lavington is within a mile’s drive where doctor’s surgeries, a library, hairdressers, post offi ce and butcher, several good pubs, grocery stores and two churches will be found.

Manor Farm House is located 6 miles to the south of the historic Market Place at the heart of Devizes. The town is extremely well served with a variety of supermarkets, independent shops, restaurants, bars and cafe’s plus a thriving weekly produce and antiques market. There is a cinema, museum, library and theatre as well as an excellent sports centre with a pool and gym. Golfi ng will be found at Erlestoke, North Wilts and at Bowood nearby and there are a good many local liveries in the area with fi rst class riding and hunting in the surrounding area.

Communications are good, with both the M3 and M4 motorways easily accessed and mainline stations are within reach at Pewsey, Westbury and Chippenham (London Paddington just over an hour) and Salisbury (Waterloo an hour and a half). The beautiful and cosmopolitan cities of Bath, Bristol and Salisbury are all within an hour’s drive.
