Twenty years of representing the voices of Chicago teens. Immediate Past President Youth Com munication's founder, the late sister Ann Christine Heintz, envisioned adream . Many people have dreams, but William (Dal) Frost-Canadian Pacific Forest Products, Inc. (ret.) the difference between Hcinlz and most people were her actions! The main purpose of New Expression has always been to give teens a way to express what's on their minds. Queens Undergraduate COMMEMORATIVE BOOK 2020-2021 St. John’s University is Catholic, Vincentian, Metropolitan, and Global. 2016 Annual Report 2016 ANNUAL REPORT History Mission Nazareth Housing is committed to the promotion of housing stability and economic independence among low-income families and individuals of New York City, through the provision of: homelessness prevention services, emergency family shelter, supportive housing and urgent needs assistance. History 1983 Nazareth Housing founded by Sr. Marion Agnes Daniel, MSBT 1989 Thorpe Family Residence founded by Sr. Barbara Lenninger the Dominican Sisters of Sparkill 1992 Nazareth Housing develops O’Toole Family Residence on East 6th Street as 1993 supportive housing for homeless mothers with Park Avenue Thorpe (PAT) is established by dependent children Thorpe Family Residence to provide long-term supportive housing 1995 Thorpe Family Residence establishes food pantry 2004 NH becomes HUD certified Housing Counseling Agency 2006 In January, Nazareth Housing adds Marion Agnes House to its housing portfolio 2006 In October, Nazareth Housing launches the Housing Stability Support Project 2013 2013 NH Launches Louise’s Pantry Thorpe Family Residence enters into the merger process with Nazareth Housing 2015 Nazareth Housing and Thorpe Family Residence Boards approve merger plan 2016 January 1st, New York State Attorney General finalizes Nazareth Housing and Thorpe Family Residence Merger 1 NAZARETH HOUSING, INC.
