 All regular rowers using the facilities are also required to register with the Hong Kong, China Rowing Association (the NSA in the sport of rowing) and pay the registration fee (adult annual $240; Junior / Student annual $120) before they are entitled to enter competitions and receive information from the HKCRA as well as become coaches and umpires through training and qualification under the NSA.
