- coexisting with the portions of controlled airspace with which they overlap, - replacing the portions of Restricted Areas with which they overlap, - coexisting with Tempo Prohibited Area « Sainte Baume » (see AIP SUP 009/2019).

- aircraft going to or departing from le Castellet upon authorization from CCAMP (“Centre de Contrôle Aérien de Marseille Provence”)

- aircraft involved in the event

- aircraft conducting assistance, rescue or public safety, police and aviation security missions, when the avoidance is not compatible with these missions; entry is possible after contact with the managing authority.

IFR GAT / OAT I: compulsory avoidance during activity except if entry was authorized by CCAMP

ZRT LE CASTELLET 1 & 2 :

GAT / OAT : compulsory avoidance during activity except for :

- aircraft going to or departing from Le Castellet with a prior authorization from the aerodrome manager

- aircraft involved in the event,

SPECIAL PROVISIONS

• ACFT going to or departing from le Castellet must file a PPR with Le Castellet aerodrome manager.

• The requests must be made before WED 19 JUN 2019 (aeroplanes and helicopters) to : [email protected]

• FPL is mandatory for all airplanes, and for helicopters of over 3.175 tons, going to Le Castellet ; the PPR number must be indicated in box 18 of the FPL.

• Flights with an authorization must comply with the provisions included in the Letter Of Agreement.

• Apron capacity may be exceeded.

• Special conditions to secure flights going to Le Castellet may be specified by the “autorité préfectorale”.

• Prohibited Area LF-P 62 : entry is prohibited except for defense, gendarmerie, police, customs, EMS and public safety ACFT, when their mission, because of its urgency or circumstances, is not compatible with the avoidance; entry is possible after a clearance has been received from CECMED then from TOULON APP.
