Continuous collection and monitoring of instrument performance data is linked to our tracking and dispatch system. We monitor your instrument performance, instrument configuration settings and back-up settings continuously (24/7).

e-Verify™ Calibration Verification

Schedule your 6-month calibration verification, as needed. In a few steps and 20 minutes of your time, calibration verification will be completed.

• We send you the required calibrator. • You simply run the calibrators six times. • Results are viewed and sent to us electronically. • We process your instrument data, calculating and verifying acceptable performance. Then, we document and electronically send reports to you for your records. These may be useful to you during accreditation inspections.

Cycle-based Maintenance

Cycle-based maintenance provides a better approach to keeping your analyzer in optimal running condition. Cycle-based instrument maintenance is based on system use and test volume rather than on static time intervals.

Insight is easy to use in your laboratory. Preventive maintenance, when linked to system use and test volume, is performed when needed—less frequently in lower volume labs and more often in higher volume labs.

e-Supply Reagent Inventory Management*

e-Supply is designed to assist your lab in managing reagent ordering and inventory. Based on your usage patterns obtained through SNCS, we deliver reagents to help eliminate stock-out situations while reducing your on-site inventory. You will also have access to on-demand, electronic order history and tracking reports, which are readily available on-line at the Sysmex Customer Resource Center. The benefit to you is reduced costs, inventory errors and stress associated with traditional inventory management.

All of these e-Tools are accessed using Sysmex Systems’ SNCS connectivity.
