In this continuation Walking Dead: Too Far Gone Volume 13: Too Far Gone the fascinating saga of Rick and his band of survivors, they have joined a stationary group in what can only be described as a sanctuary from the terrors of the walking dead. All seems quite normal in their compound walled off from the terrors of the undead, yet Rick's uncanny sense tells him that t he y must be wary. Even when all seems well and safe. Since it is necessary for members of the community to go outside the bounds in order to get materials they do not have, there is always danger. Furthermore, there are dangers that lurk within the compound as well. Given their greater experience in navigating the new normal, the people in Rick's band very quickly demonstrate that they know more about leading than the current leaders in the compound. To their credit, they recognize this and show their leadership skills by deferring to the members of Rick's band. Unfortunately, the ugliness of human nature once again appears as there are normal people that try to shoot their way to power rather than acquiescing. This story also ends with a cliffhanger as now the undead are on their way. This is a great story showing Walking Dead: Too Far Gone Volume 13: Too Far Gone best and worst sides of human nature, even when they are not undead. Love the series. It does make me paranoid for all these people. Any new characters that are introduced, I think that I trust new people less than the actual characters do. I am constantly waiting for the other shoe to drop and find out what is going to happen. That is the beauty of this series though. With all the horrors up walking around and trying to eat you, it is man that you should fear. Just beautiful and epic. Tobin reveals to him that there is a feeling of strong cynicism in keeping with the survivors general consensus that there is a 'fakeness' about the Alexandria Safe-Zone. In particular, Tobin expresses a leering distrust of Douglas Monroefrom his interview process to his placement of 'pretty girls' in positions that allow him to see them on regular occasions. The work crew is attacked by a group of roamers. Tobin tells everyone to stay in "formation," but, Abraham breaks off to save a woman named Hollythis bravery and skill impresses some of the work crew. Glenn then meets up with Morgan, who is also going to see what happened. They meet with the community to see Rick, and other members telling them to go back to their homes. He announces the situation is under control and that what occurred was a police matter. Rick goes to Jessie Anderson's residence and talks to her. She reveals that she is relieved by Pete's death. Rick then asks Douglas to have Walking Dead: Too Far Gone Volume 13: Too Far Gone funeral for Pete, which Douglas isn't too happy about. Rick has a conversation with Andrea next, asking her if she will attend the funeral. She tells Rick that Tobin is going to take her to the tower, as funerals remind her of Dale. She goes on to say that she doesn't like to think about him. Next, Heath appears at the funeral, paying tribute to Scott. The funeral is for Regina, Scott, and Pete. Father Gabriel Stokes introduces Rick to the altar, and Rick makes a speech about how people act differently during Walking Dead: Too Far Gone Volume 13: Too Far Gone hard times, and does not necessarily define who they are. He says that if it were not for this situation, neither he nor Pete would have done the things that they did, and that ultimately the situation is to blame.
