To strictly enforce the PD Nr. 979 or the “Marine Pollution Decree” as amended, and RA Nr. 8550 or the “Philippine Fisheries Code” and other existing laws and Daily monitoring and surveillance regulations designed to prevent marine pollution in the Manila Bay. A total of one thousand five hundred (1500) mangrove propagules were planted.
