Know, grow, protect and enjoy South Africa’s indigenous plants’ In Brief

• Membership:↓ 143 – new, lower cost regional membership may encourage membership • Activities: monthly outings and talks (pre‐COVID‐ 19), annual plant fair, adhoc garden tours and nursery visits • Projects: IAP clearing in Manor Gardens grassland • Botanical Education Trust: fundraising ongoing • Botanical Gardens: work parties held for weeding and IAP clearing. • CREW Programme: 15 fieldtrips conducted by active Durban CREW group Botanical Society National Update
