Hear what my clients have to say

Based on nearly ten years of experience as one of Vivi Chan’s clients, I can say without hesitation that she is one of the best real estate professionals you could find anywhere. My family owned an older house in Los Altos, and we asked Vivi to oversee an extensive renovation and then to manage the house for us as a rental. Her judgment as to the style and quality of the renovation was impeccable, and her ability to handle both minor and major repair challenges with the house over the years was astonishing. We recently sold the house, and Vivi and her “staff pushed to list the house in less than a month after the tenants left. From painting and landscaping to the smallest details of staging and marketing, Vivi brought out the best in her team in an amazingly short period of time. She shows respect, courtesy, and the highest ethical standards to all the people she works with.

The top-tier photography of the staged house is just one example of the quality Vivi insists on from the professionals that she has established relationships with over the 30 years she has worked in the Bay Area as a real estate agent. I am a professional photographer, but I was amazed and humbled by the near-perfect photographs and how they evoked a house that could be the home of anybody’s dreams.

Offers on the house came in at way over the asking price, and because of the bidding pressure, the acceptance of the final high bid was complicated, but Vivi, true to my expectations, handled the situation with grace and professionalism, bringing us to a timely and trouble-free closing.

You may choose to hire Vivi as your agent, but you will soon find that she becomes a friend. Not only is she one of the hardest-working people I have ever met, but she is also one of the most generous, open-hearted, and caring people I have ever known. George
