Mr. Dumitru Calina (Local Coordinator) and Ms. Alina Dumitrascu (Project Manager) – subsequently replaced by Mr. Alexandru Odangiu The consultant’s team was a consortium led by Mott MacDonald Ltd (UK) with support from E Co. Ltd (UK), Mott MacDonald Romania SRL and a number of independent local and international sector experts. A range of other institutions and individuals have contributed to the development of the Green City Action Plan through various workshops and meetings, including public utilities and service providers, as well as members of civil society groups, academics and ultimately members of the general public.
