Chapter Three provides an in-depth look at the Green Man as an example of Fantasy as postmodern 'primitivism'. The fmal chapter further explores the invented tradition of the Green Man within the context of New Age spirituality and religion. The study aims to demonstrate that, like the Romantic counterculture that preceded it, Fantasy is a revolt against increased secularisation, industrialisation and nihilism. The discussion argues that in postmodernism the Wilderness (in the form of the forest) is embraced through the iconography of the Green Man. The Green Man is a pre-Christian symbol found carved in wood and stone, in temples and churches and on graves throughout Europe, but his origins and original meaning are unknown, and remain a controversial topic.

Pierwsze półrocze 2015 r. było najintensywniejszym okresem kampanii marketingowej i PR-owej poprzedzającej premierę gry Wiedźmin 3: Dziki Gon. Globalny debiut najnowszego dzieła studia CD PROJEKT RED wspierała kampania o największej skali w historii Spółki, obejmująca zarówno media elektroniczne jak i tradycyjne takie jak TV, radio, prasę, kina, reklamę zewnętrzną, marketing w punktach sprzedaŜy oraz liczne wydarzenia towarzyszące, co w rezultacie przełoŜyło się na ogromne zainteresowanie tytułem. 2. W ramach przedpremierowej kampanii gry Wiedźmin 3: Dziki Gon, na specjalnie zorganizowanych pokazach w Stanach Zjednoczonych, Wielkiej Brytanii, Niemczech, Francji, Skandynawii, Japonii, Rosji, Brazylii, Australii, Hong Kongu, Zjednoczonych Emiratach Arabskich i w Polsce gra udostępniona była setkom dziennikarzy i youtuberów. Efektem pokazów były tysiące publikacji i wywiadów w mediach elektronicznych i papierowych. Najnowsza odsłona Wiedźmina stała się tematem okładkowym ponad 100 gazet na całym świecie. 3. 23 kwietnia w amerykańskiej telewizji zadebiutował spot TV gry Wiedźmin 3: Dziki Gon, którego emisja kontynuowana była w kolejnych tygodniach w wielu stacjach telewizyjnych, w 14 krajach na całym świecie. 4. Jeszcze przed premierą gra Wiedźmin 3: Dziki Gon uzyskała ponad 200 nagród stając się tym samym jedną z najbardziej nagradzanych gier kiedykolwiek wyprodukowanych na świecie. 5. 11 maja, tj. na siedem dni przed premierą gry Wiedźmin 3: Dziki Gon, Spółka ogłosiła, Ŝe ilość zamówień przedsprzedaŜowych tego tytułu przekroczyła milion egzemplarzy. Pięć dni później liczba ta zwiększyła się o kolejnych pięćset tysięcy zamówień przedpremierowych. 6. Dzień przed premierą gry Wiedźmin 3: Dziki Gon, 18 maja, warszawską siedzibę firmy CD PROJEKT odwiedziła Premier Ewa Kopacz a 19 maja, w dniu premiery gry, członkowie zarządu Spółki gościli na śniadaniu u Prezydenta Bronisława Komorowskiego.
